“Bought my card in U.S.. Selected email card for Kohls. Had $0 balance was supposed to be $30. When I inquired at Kohls (since no one at one for all to talk to, only recordings) I was informed some one else had already spent my card. They were not interested in helping me or my problem.”

And secondly get away with charging a fee, not just for the shea fact they exist but because I enquired for a Ballance of which was gifted to me! When you buy a gift card for x amount you expect that person to receive a gift card loaded with x amount to spend when they want on what they want without been charged just because they didn't use it the instant they received it! 90p off x the entire sum of my card present =£o.oo left! “What an absolute disgraceful system. I phoned 03308280881 today for my balance and was told there was £41.10 on my card. When I tried to use it in M&S and also Primark it was declined on numerous accessions. Why?????????

Why do you issue cards that cannot be used ? I am not prepared to let this rest and if I do not get an answer from or a replacement card, I will contact the ombudsman etc.etc.etc.”
“Couldn't spend my £100 card with american golf because one4all has a£40 limit on a single transaction and each item that I wished to purchase was over that limit.When I phoned customer services they couldn't tell me why there was a limit and hung up on me.”

Ordered a £50 voucher for a friend. Emailed it to her. She went to claim it and there was nothing there!!!!!
Contacted customer service and another department and they were really unhelpful.
They have taken £50 of my money and I have no voucher to give to my friend.
Please dont get one of these vouchers.

“I only gave it 1 star because I ultimately got the card to work. I had to place an order 3 times to get it to work. Customer service answers calls but the ultimately don't care. Avoid at all costs!”
“Awful awful awful. 2 cards given as Xmas presents. Neither work in multiple stores online or in store. I was also sent a replacement for one of the cards (only realised one wasn't working at first). The replacement card does not work either. My daughter actually went into Claire's to have her ears pierced and when she went to pay using the replacement card, she discovered that this would not work either. This means that she has now had to pay cash which was meant for something else. This company seriously needs to get its act together.”

“So annoying that a 90p fee is charged after 18 months of inactivity. naturally, I only checked the expiry date like we would do with any other gift card. It had £20 loaded on it as a gift from a friend and when I tried to use it 10 months prior to expiry date, it had £2 remaining. Absolutely stunned and gutted that my friend has wasted £20 on this.”
