“What an absolute disgraceful system. I phoned 03308280881 today for my balance and was told there was £41.10 on my card. When I tried to use it in M&S and also Primark it was declined on numerous accessions. Why????????? The 16 digit number on my card is:- 4844 2617 8674 3633. Why do you issue cards that cannot be used ? I am not prepared to let this rest and if I do not get an answer from or a replacement card, I will contact the ombudsman etc.etc.etc.”

“Couldn't spend my £100 card with american golf because one4all has a£40 limit on a single transaction and each item that I wished to purchase was over that limit.When I phoned customer services they couldn't tell me why there was a limit and hung up on me.”

“Absolutely horrific DO NOT USE ONE4ALL they are absolutely crap- were do i start was give a voucher for 250 euro and wanted to transfer to NI bank account-it has been ongoing 3 months -still not resolved. I would actually pay 250 euro not to use them EVER AGAIN.”

“Where do I start. Ordered a £50 voucher for a friend. Emailed it to her. She went to claim it and there was nothing there!!!!! Contacted customer service and another department and they were really unhelpful. They have taken £50 of my money and I have no voucher to give to my friend. Please dont get one of these vouchers. Currently taking further action.”

“Declined in multiple shops and now unable to spend the last couple of pounds left as purchases do not cover the full amount left in the card. I would avoid this and use gift cards for shops direct”

“I only gave it 1 star because I ultimately got the card to work. I had to place an order 3 times to get it to work. Customer service answers calls but the ultimately don't care. Avoid at all costs!”

“Awful awful awful. 2 cards given as Xmas presents. Neither work in multiple stores online or in store. I was also sent a replacement for one of the cards (only realised one wasn't working at first). The replacement card does not work either. My daughter actually went into Claire's to have her ears pierced and when she went to pay using the replacement card, she discovered that this would not work either. This means that she has now had to pay cash which was meant for something else. This company seriously needs to get its act together.”

“Worthless. 2 out of 6 retailers no longer accept them and all the others ask for a pin number that you only get with cards of £120 or more. The gift card my son recieved for Christmas has £50 on it that we can't spend anywhere. Complete scam”

“So annoying that a 90p fee is charged after 18 months of inactivity. naturally, I only checked the expiry date like we would do with any other gift card. It had £20 loaded on it as a gift from a friend and when I tried to use it 10 months prior to expiry date, it had £2 remaining. Absolutely stunned and gutted that my friend has wasted £20 on this.”

“After reading all of these reviews thrashing this company, I was absolutely convinced that my family had been scammed(since there was a couple people who gave these one4all giftcards as gifts this year). I was shocked when I got it to work. It was difficult but do-able. I traded in my gift card for an online express gift card. After swapping, you are given a code and pin that you would use as if it was a gift card and you have an option to print out a copy of it to show in-person. I had planned on going to the mall today but before, I went onto expresses website and checked the balance with the code and surprisingly the balance was there. I also had a worker check the balance in person and the balance was also there. Luckily, I did not have to interact with the customer service”

“How can they charge you a fee when you have been given this as a gift! Nothing on it when I went to use it as they charged a fee each month I had not used it!! Absolute con do not buy them!!!”
