“After reading all of these reviews thrashing this company, I was absolutely convinced that my family had been scammed(since there was a couple people who gave these one4all giftcards as gifts this year). I was shocked when I got it to work. It was difficult but do-able. I traded in my gift card for an online express gift card. After swapping, you are given a code and pin that you would use as if it was a gift card and you have an option to print out a copy of it to show in-person. I had planned on going to the mall today but before, I went onto expresses website and checked the balance with the code and surprisingly the balance was there. I also had a worker check the balance in person and the balance was also there. Luckily, I did not have to interact with the customer service”
“How can they charge you a fee when you have been given this as a gift! Nothing on it when I went to use it as they charged a fee each month I had not used it!! Absolute con do not buy them!!!”

Fuming, spent 2 hours Christmas day trying to buy On JD, as the card we bought shows JD. Now just been to the store and refused.
Disgraceful...DO NOT buy give cash instead.

Please all contact so we can close this scam company down as it seems most retailers listed. I will also be complaining to the post office where I bought.

“Checked my balance about 2 months ago and had money on my card, today I tried to purchase something online and it kept declining my card. When I went to check my balance today, their website wouldn't recognize my card. Avoid avoid avoid!”
“One of their names stores would not accept the card. Contacted one4all via link but they just kept saying look at their website for names of companies that will accept it. They then closed the case as being resolved. Rubbish i then asked rhem if they could explain how to spend it as i was at a loss. As expected no response at all. Has anybody managed to spend one?”
“Don’t waste your money on this The £15 gift card was given to me as a gift It was bought in 2019 valid until 2024 Then I came to use my card to find out there was no money on there because I have been charged 90p a month for something called “fee card management”
So my balance was zero making the card completely useless.”
“Just tried to check my balance and it shows 18p, checked my transactions because I know there was around £20 left on there and the money has been taken fraudulently, immediately as I checked balance by a separate website even though I was on the one4all website.. just tried to contact them via phone and the "24 hours a day helpline" opens at 8am so went to email them and my PayPal app mysteriously opened. Maybe they have been hacked but I am really not happy to have my money taken and maybe my security of my device breached.
Added pictures which show i was on their balance check page which must have been cloned or breached... it said one4all com/balance check and once I had entered my card details the address in the bar changed but my screenshot of my google history shows that I was still on the one4all page when it changed to a different website and took the money.”
“Thieves. My elderly mother had £95 stolen from her gift card. Apparently she had made purchases 20 miles away at Footlocker. Had to get crime number from police to proceed with investigation. Still awaiting refund.

“Falsely advertising and Withholding information in order to scam people of money.
Bought cards for my two nephews just so they spent 4hours trying to use them. One4all refused to refund telling me it's not their problem, their complaint page doesn't exist (error404 page not found). It's clearly scam”
“Terrible company who are just there to steal your money I had purchased a £50 gift card and have just spent the last 2 hours trying to use it, stay away from this company they're an absolute joke I'll now be speaking to a lawyer over this as it's just blatant fraud. Then when you go on to their app and go to the complaints page you get the "404 page not found" which has also been both recorded and screenshotted.”

We were told our account balance had been transferred to ASOS e-card, then after disputing this, we’re informed there had been fraudulent activity and to contact the police for a crime number so One4All could investigate. Aren’t they obliged by financial regularity to protect my cash and security.
