“Just tried to use this online at Marks and Spencer's, said it was connecting with my bank and then there was a problem processing my payment. Quite disappointed as this was a birthday present. I have had a similar problem before so they obviously don't work online.”

Yes it was, BUT when I tried to use it to make a purchase in store it wasn’t recognised. No help whatsoever from Gift4All who now say it has been spent.

Always numerous problems while attempting to use these cards, which leaves the recipient of the gift card frustrated and disappointed.
You will notice all replies from this company responding to complaints use the same wording, which in my experience, means being fobbed off and seen to be doing something.
I will be taking my issues beyond this company for investigation.
Will most certainly NOT be purchasing further gift cards.

“We received a one4all gift card last December. When we tried to register, it didn't go through. Then I phoned the customer service. They tried to help me without any success. Since then I called them several times. Every time, they say the same thing. I still can not register my card. Once they asked me to send copies of all my identity documents (passport, driving license etc by email) I sent them. They said they received it and it's all fine But, they closed the case saying that the matter is resolved! Shocking, really shocking! The reason for 1 star is that there aren't any 0 star selection here.”

“Just don't bother. App doesn't work so you can't pay in-store and can't pay online unless you set up the account. It was a present and I'm not going to go back to hound the sender to sort it out but I'm guessing that's what these big companies want. Marks and Spencer say they dread them turning up at checkout, as they never work, and unless the customer has another method of payment, its embarrassing for all concerned.
I'm seeing if trading standards will get involved as its selling something not suitable for purpose.”

“I am very furious and disappointed in one4all it is just all for them.We were at a store trying to use the voucher and it wouldn’t go through,we stood there for 1 and 30 minutes to try sort it out and on the end we had to pay with my normal debit card.We rang up and they said they had no other issues and we were the first one to call up but that is obviously a lie as looking at these reviews and the shop said they had so many issues with these cards and dread having them.They said they are gonna give us a refund but looking at these reviews I am very doubtful that will happen. We tried to call up and put in the 16 digit code and it said there wasn’t 16 digits so we had to go on lost and stolen. This is such a bad company and I recommend you not to buy gift cards from this website.”
