“We received a one4all gift card last December. When we tried to register, it didn't go through. Then I phoned the customer service. They tried to help me without any success. Since then I called them several times. Every time, they say the same thing. I still can not register my card. Once they asked me to send copies of all my identity documents (passport, driving license etc by email) I sent them. They said they received it and it's all fine But, they closed the case saying that the matter is resolved! Shocking, really shocking! The reason for 1 star is that there aren't any 0 star selection here.”

“Do not use this service, had £50 card that was defective, was first told a replacement card would be sent, after 2 weeks nothing, so rang again told they would send a refund, 3 weeks later still nothing, every time I ring I get a different excuse, thinking this is a large scale scam”

“A rip off of the highest order, they take your money into their bank and then start deducting a “Management” charge so you end up with nothing. Do bother getting one, someone suggested writing to retailers who sell them to discontinue them, I will do the same.”

“Appalling customer service lied to on numerous occasions. Do not bother buying one of these cards i paid £50 and it didnt load been waiting 6 weeks for a refund and i just get diffrent answers everytime i call disgusting”

“Just don't bother. App doesn't work so you can't pay in-store and can't pay online unless you set up the account. It was a present and I'm not going to go back to hound the sender to sort it out but I'm guessing that's what these big companies want. From reading other reviews they'll tell you their very disappointed but won't be sorted out!”

“96 reviews, all one star! This says everything about this pathetic company. I tried 3 stores listed on their website, it never worked in any of them. Yes, I have checked the ballance online, yes, I do know the balance. Marks and Spencer say they dread them turning up at checkout, as they never work, and unless the customer has another method of payment, its embarrassing for all concerned. I'm seeing if trading standards will get involved as its selling something not suitable for purpose.”

“We bought at our local giant eagle and had five guys as one of their retailers and it didn’t accept it here only in the United Kingdom..I would think that would be more visible since every other gift card works in United States so don’t even know where you can use it waste of our time!!!! I wish I could give negative stars”

“Advertised with gooutdoors on the card even though gooutdoors don't accept it. Tried Miller and Carter as it's on their website, refused there also. Now trying to get my money back due to false advertising.”

“I am very furious and disappointed in one4all it is just all for them.We were at a store trying to use the voucher and it wouldn’t go through,we stood there for 1 and 30 minutes to try sort it out and on the end we had to pay with my normal debit card.We rang up and they said they had no other issues and we were the first one to call up but that is obviously a lie as looking at these reviews and the shop said they had so many issues with these cards and dread having them.They said they are gonna give us a refund but looking at these reviews I am very doubtful that will happen. We tried to call up and put in the 16 digit code and it said there wasn’t 16 digits so we had to go on lost and stolen. This is such a bad company and I recommend you not to buy gift cards from this website.”

“special needs daughter who cannot read or write was bought one for xmas we did not know about it when checked they had been taking money of it each month have tried to email just get automated replies saying he will be i touch within 24 hours 2 weeks still nothing after sending a number of emails”

“Lost two gift cards. Contacted customer service said I had to email them. Tried 5 times kept getting undelivered message. Sent copies of voucher receipts to address in London. Came back as "gone" away". Don't touch with a bargepole absolute scam. Contacting trading standards now”

“Absolutely disgraceful. Extremely complicated to set up for use. Money disappears off the card if not used quickly. Ridiculous at best, fraud at worst. I will be writing to supermarkets urging them not to sell these cards.”

“Bought a £20 one4all restaurant card as a gift in 22/12 - the recipient tried to use in 31/1 in Zizzi, who declined the card. I logged on to see the balance and to see why it may have been declined and the balance was 0.00 and no activity had been made with the card. Embarrassing for both myself and the recipient- rang customer service who told me to email- No response from email whatsoever”

“This is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with. £150 wasted on a card which doesn't work. Customer service is a waste of time as it doesn't do what it said it would. Just done waste your money. 7 weeks and counting trying to get the issue resolved.”

“So sad to hear that this is everyone's experience. I naturally assumed that the website was impossible to navigate and the scheme seemed overly complicated because of something I was doing wrong, but it is absolutely apparent that this is a scam company that people should avoid at all costs. I am just sad that my friend wasted their hard-earned money on this voucher”

“Its the worst gift anyone could give. Avoid it at all costs. Its just set up to rip people off and charge 1euro 45cent after 12 months. The expiry date it on the front to deceive you into thinking that you have years to use it. If you dont use it after 12 months there is going to be nothing left on it by the time the expiry date comes around . So its deceitful. Expiry should read 12months. I thought An Post were better than that.”
