We had a £30 gift sent to us by one of our customers. We logged in to one4all and setup the password etc. a few weeks later we attempted to setup the card but would you believe it, it’s already been claimed with no record of us claiming it. So who claimed it, or is this just another scam (I think it is). My advice is to avoid this company and send your money gifts by the old fashioned bank transfer; it’s much safer and far less stressful. And in addition, you do not have another doggy internet company having access to your bank details.

It’s hard to set up, it’s a long process of just wanting to buy something with the card. And the company take fee of you chose not to use it. I would never purchase one of these cards

My imbecile of a company bought these for the staff as a thank you through the hard Covid times.. I can’t use the thing.. as the £100 amount doesn’t even slightly stretch to what I want to spend. And you can’t add an amount to it. This has the stink of a wage loan lender company. Garbage.

My wife got me £20 card just before lockdown But because I didn't use it, they started taking 90p a month admin fees off it. Also I went to B &Q to spend it and the guy on the till asked me how much was left on it. I said I don't know. He replied well you can't use it unless you know the exact amount as it doesn't tell us when we swipe it thru the till.

Not a company I could recommend, very unreliable and the customer support team give no support. What went wrong, everything from start to finish. I had 2 x £25 gift cards that did not work, so i called the support line, spoke to a nicve lady who said she would change them. i thought great that was easy, WRONG, they sent me 1 x £25 and 1 x £15 and kept £10back, so i called and emailed and the response was we cant find any record they are not our cards, well how did you change them the first time but cant find them now. So they have not returned my £10, Now this was a gift from my GRANDCHILDREN, saved all there money for this and this lot will not give it back. I am leaving my name on this as i want people to know that this is real and not made up

Absolute rubbish. Had issue with using the card online at a retailer on thier website. Did not work, contact them they investigated took 2 weeks. They then said case resolved as the retailer does not accept this card online. Their website contradicts this still.PLEASE PLEASE do not use this card as a gift for someone. I gave a 1 coz i couldn't put 0

Same old issue - valid date wasn't till 2023, haven't got round to using it - now find monthly management fee of 90p has bled it dry. What "mangagement"? Absolute disgraceful business model. Will avoid these in future. Advise all to avoid too! How do these people get away with this tryp of thing.

Just realised today, when I was looking at all my gift cards, how much money I have lost , a total of £25-00 , this is awful, and when I sent an e mail for a full explanation, in the reply there is a question asking me to complete a customer service survey, to help improve the service, what an insult, these cards are an absolute con, I hope more people have realised this. by now. I would never again purchase one, and just hope nobody does the same for me

I have tried several ways to get my voucher to work online and even in store and it just doesn't work and several of my work colleagues have had the same problem with theirs. Just don't trust your company.

Just received this as a birthday gift so that I can buy the Cottage Living pack for Sims 4 on Origin on PC. Bless them, my parents bought me this since it says Sims 4 on it, but it's not fit for use. Makes you go to some website called "boostgaming.com", and the website is both completely broken and doesn't offer what one4all tells you it will. (Bear in mind, this is the one it tells you to go to specifically for Sims 4 products.) Both websites are awful and very dense... Highly recommend never buying this if you want it for this purpose, (and by the looks of the other reviews, then for any other reason in general.)

Almost impossible to use. Really restrictive in that you can only buy stuff for less than the value of the voucher. One4all keep pushing to download their app. Even then when I came to pay, it didn't work. Meanwhile a monthly maintenance fee is extracting value of the voucher. My £30 voucher is now only worth £17.50. Avoid this voucher scheme which I feel is practically a scam and just use cash instead.

Completely disappointment stressful expirience. I wish I could give 0 stars. I tried to use card two times and both time the transaction was unsuccessful. I tried to contact the customer service but they did not even bother to read exactly what my problem is. I got it as a gift from my friend and now she feels guilty.

Iam disgusted that an irish company like an post has anything to do with this rip off gift card SCAM.No shame.AN expiry date of October 2022 and yet my balance has been reduced from 25 euro to 7.20 because I could not get around to spending it.I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS GIFT CARD TO ANYONE

Suggest you avoid pre-paid gift cards esp. during a long pandemic! I was kindly gifted a GOSPENDIT Visa prepaid gift card by GVS Prepaid Limited but (a) have been unable to use in any UK retail stores and (b) discovered that if unused after 12 months they charge £1.50 - despite a longer expiry date on card. Sadly they can be a total waste of MONEY! PS: they also trade under One4all Gift Card brand in UK and Ireland.

Please amend this review platform to give 0 stars, they're not even worth one - If you actually like the person you are buying the gift card for, please just send them money. I tried to use our £100 card against a washing machine, i rang over 4 retailers, none of them could accept it as part payment despite them being on their approved retailer list. Basically the order has to be below the total of the card, its treated like a debit card. So if you were hoping to use your £20 one4all card against a nice new thing online, you can't, unless its worth £19.99 or less. Please just transfer money or send cash, dont bother with this waste of space shi*.
