“Thieves. That’s the only word to describe this outfit. They list shops that will accept the digital card online - problem if that most of them don’t. Customer service is non existent. I have a €500 card that is useless. In order to use it with Apple Pay or Google Pay you have to download an app which is useless, and send a photo of your passport (yes, these fly-by-nights with their unprofessional CS people have access to your private, and quite valuable Passport Information). On the one4all website it tells you they have an app. They haven’t - apart from a photograph of an advertisement that is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. This is a scam. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”

“Awful awful company. Customer service is shocking. Staff give conflicting information. I was told I would have to pay £7.50 to refund for each card even though it was on the 2 week cancellation period. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. It has been 6 weeks. Avoid this giftcards at all costs!!! Do not make the same mistake I made!!!”

“I’ve tried using this One4all card in John Lewis today. They said they didn’t accept them even though it’s still advertised. I ended up paying £45 of my money instead. What an absolute rip off!”

“The online card just doesn’t work you don’t get a verification code to access your account and the customer service is awful you just get fobbed of with they are working on resolving the issue been over a week now and judging by other reviews this isn’t an isolated case avoid avoid avoid or spend many hours on the phone to them with no positive outcome”

“Very hard to spend this anywhere. Useless. Not secure in any way. They take quite a hefty monthly fee if you don't use it quickly enough until there's nothing left. Other fees are shocking, too. No concession for lockdown either in spite of the shops and eateries being shut for months. Absolute rip off. Give cash or do a bank transfer as a gift instead. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS.”

“The only way I can describe this gift card is: From a happy gift which turns into a nightmare gift!!! This is NOT a gift card, it has lots of hidden barriers & makes very difficult to use!!! I would give it a 0 star if I was allowed to!!! Just a BIG SCAM!!!”

“DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! it is a scam, the card will not work anywhere you try to use it. I genuinely tried 15 stores from their list and got rejected every time. I contacted support and they told me nothing is wrong. I emailed them 3 times in the last month (with pictures of the card not working) and still haven’t received a response! They are scamming you, please do not buy this. If I could give it 0 stars I would.”

“i have had a digital card since july2020. i have failed to buy anything on line despite having £700 in my account. it wil not accept any thing i try.it was my retirement gift from work.even though i contacted them. they were unhelpfull.the stress is awful.dont ever buy a gift card from them.they have no intention of giving me my money.they are keeping it for themselves.”

“Bought £500 worth of one4all cards tried to order online at boots 2 cards accepted others declined rang customer service at one4allboots took money knowing only 2 cards accepted had to ring boots hopefully they refund me my money cards also declined at argos not happy about this will not be ordering this card for next years Christmas”
