How this company is still trading is beyond me. Avoid like the bat flu. Totally disgusting customer service.

These are absolute rubbish. My Dad who is in his 70s bought me a £50 one for Christmas and another £50 one for my Birthday as he could send them through the post in lockdown. What he wasn’t aware of is the fact these cards are a nightmare to spend online. You can only spend £40 online on them. So I wanted to buy some t shirts and the cost was £43 at Fatface. But of course you cannot spend £43. So I had to just by one t shirt which then was less than the threshold for free delivery so I had to pay £3.50 delivery charge. This meant £32 was taken off the card. I was left with £18 to spend. Looking at other items on different stores is hopeless as you cannot part pay with these cards and top up the rest, you have to spend the amount that is on the card. Of course, this is all so you don’t actually spend the money and One4all keep it as you get fed up and give up. On one of these cards I had had £3.22 left! Fortunately Children In Need accept one4all donations so i just donated it online to them, rather than the money being left. Feel like my Dad is ripped off buying these. No use online at all!

Do not buy these cards. You cannot use them anywhere. My poor mum spent £50.00 on mine and I cannot tell her I can't use it, she would be mortified. Scam of the decade!

SCAM. I received a gift card from my work as a Christmas bonus. One4all make it so difficult to access your OWN MONEY, that I imagine many give up. After jumping through all of their ridiculous hoops to ‘activate’ my card... I am still unable to use it. Both app and telephone helpline are conveniently down... Please avoid at all costs!!!

Trying to register chip and pin after giving all details, numerous emails sent and receive 1 reply the following day which requires more info then no reply til next day and its from someone different and a different case number issued??? If you ring customer service they have no access to the details as its been dealt with by email??matter still not resolved, very frustrating as its only for €250 yet so much info required??? It is weary!!!

The gift card cannot be redeemed no matter how many times or how many different shops you try. DO NOT give as a present unless you absolutely hate the person you are given it to.

Cannot find out the balance & could not use in an approved store. Never buy these as they are so difficult to use.

AVOID, after 4 months of TRYING to spend online, I applied for a refund ! 2 months later, 16 emails and weekly calls to customer services, 4 uploads of utility bills and my driving licence and to the cost of £7.50 , still no refund ! I'm not giving up, will see if the waiver of the £7.50 as a gesture for my troubles materialize 1. Why hasn't this company been investigated or even shut down 2. Why do massive companies like Tesco, Argos, John Lewis associate with this rip off 3. Cash is king, let's stop lining somebody else's pocket

Is this a gift card or a licence for identity theft. I thought it was joke the information they wanted just so that i could redeem a gift voucher. When I saw the registration requirements I threw the gift card away.

Basically a confidence trick. A four year “valid thru” timescale which actually expires shortly after 18 months. One4All should be avoided at all cost because it will cost YOU to THEIR benefit. Don’t be shy to give cash as a gift and out this scam to an end.

The fact that you cannot top up the card and cannot use as part payment means that you can only use under the amount on the card online. This means it is near impossible to spend all the money loaded on to the card. Rubbish!! Do not recommend.

Near impossible to use. Just shocking experience to be honest. It's verging on legalised theft

These cards are a complete rip off. They are really difficult to use and few shops accept them. Plus they charge you money every month the card is not used. Complained to their customer services, but they didn't reply. Avoid like the plague.
