“I would give this company a zero if that option were available. First, the process of using their service in-store is extremely complicated. When you call customer service, you receive a random four-digit code. You must enter the last two digits and press pound (#) to proceed with the call. If you forget or miss that code, you’ll need to enter the two middle numbers and press pound again. I know it’s confusing. Next, they instruct you not to use Safari or your phone; you must use Chrome on a desktop computer. However, how many people actually go to the store with a desktop? Not many. This means you have to go home, activate your account, select a store, print a barcode, and then return to the store, only to get rejected. I can relate to other reviews claiming this is a scam, especially if you consider gifting it to your grandparents. It's definitely not suitable for senior citizens due to the multiple steps involved and the need to make multiple calls. Please, don’t waste your money or put your family and friends through this frustrating and embarrassing experience.”

“Was given one for Christmas and tried to redeem it at Red Lobster, one of the 5 restaurants listed. They would not take it. Tried their website... it did not even work. Tried calling the phone number on the back. A robot said to type in the 16 digit # on the card... the # on the card is 24 digits. It was rejected and hung up on me. An expensive total waste of time... Wish I was a class action lawyer!!!”

“I received 2 of these for Christmas gifts. It is very complicated to used. I informed the giver of the challenges and he said he would not be buying these again. I finally managed to redeem them and buy online. I did not feel comfortable printing out a voucher and presenting this at a store. No sense in listing restaurants unless of course you can order online. I do not like shopping online except for Amazon which is very straightforward. I hope I never get another of these gift cards and I can assure you that I will definitely not buy them for anyone. Far too complicated!! I also emailed them for help and never got a response. Terrible product and service.”

“The One4all gift card is a useless HUNK OF JUNK!! I won't waste anyone's time explaining why...because my 25.00 One4all gift card that I received as a gift had turned into NOTHING BUT TIME AND AGGRAVATION !!!! If you DO happen to get STUCK WITH ONE, THEN GO SOMEWHERE AND USE IT RIGHT AWAY! You will have to sit and wait a long time for your One4all gift card is processed and then is ready for use. My total opinion : THIS CARD IS A SCAM”

“I was given a One 4 All Gift card which has turned out to be a huge hassle. I tried to use it at Whole Foods and after 45' the store manager, talking to someone at One 4All was not able to use it. I would never never never give anyone such a gift card nor do I ever want one. I was told to take a picture of the card and email it to whomever - I never received any email information. This has been a HUGE nightmare and I have a card with 25.00 on it that is useless.”

“I spent $50 on this card and when I revealed the pin, two digits were missing. I called customer service and they said this card was invalid. I'm just glad I didn't spend more.”

“How on earth is this company allowed to operate this scam? If I could give 0 or minus stars I would! What a joke. Everywhere listed as accepting the card on their website rejected the card for me. I even tried buying something online and the card was refused. Now they are deducting 90p a month Seriously stay well clear. If you want to gift someone just give them the money without any headache and wasting their time!”

“Given £15 gift card… 90p/month ‘unused balance charge’ means the card is now only worth 1/2 its original value. I find this extremely dishonest.”

“These are an absolute scam and I am convinced one day there will be an enquiry into this companies practices. On this occasion I received the restaurant one. £25 loaded on to the card not spent within one year and £25 expires. How is this allowed? The standard ones are a nightmare too, they take money off you each month you don't spend it but you have to know exactly how much is on it to be able to spend! Who has the time to go online to check such a thing when you are at the point of payment? I would never buy these and wish people wouldn't buy them for us as they are a complete waste of money.”

“You can only spend on items of the same or lower cost than the card. You cannot add funds. You can not use towards something and put the rest on a separate card. This means. If you want to purchase an item which is £120 and you have a £100 gift card. The card is useless. There is NO way to use the card towards that item. If you spend the card on lower price items. You then have a card with a lower balance. This continues until you have low balances and nothing in the shop is that price so you basically have to throw money away. I have a card with £6.01 on and there is nothing I can get with it. Never again. Cash is much less fuss and worth so much more.”

“It’s basically a scam! You can’t use it online for a lot of the businesses, you can only use it to pay the exact amount or less and if you don’t use it within a certain timeframe they start deducting money from the balance.”

“Bought £100. Exchanged the £100 for a Currys e gift card and gave to someone special for a birthday present. The goods were purchased but at the checkout the e gift was declined. We tried to order online to do a click & collect but also declined. I tried contacting the company and have heard nothing back. Unsatisfactory and very disappointing for everyone.”
