“You should have an option for ‘ZERO’ stars! Absolutely diabolical that One4all can take monthly charges on a card which has already been paid for and unable to have been used. Tried on many occasions to use online however this appears to be a waste of time (if you already have an account with the company you want to purchase from). I have just discovered about these charges as I was sadly unable to use in a shop as I (obviously) didn’t have the correct amount! Do I really need to phone every month to see what I have left! I have 3 No cards which I received as Birthday/Xmas gifts during the pandemic and now they have a lot less money on them due to these charges although they have expiry dates of 2025. Very angry and will be advising all my friends and family not to purchase these cards as they are a waste of their money”

“Just checked My balance on their website show zero balance and said I made a transaction that day. The card is only two months old. This is theft!”

“I've tried to check my balance online for it to tell me my balance is zero. The transaction was made today when I checked my balance... How?? I'm so angry!! Pure theft”

“Horrible! I got 70£ gift card and the day when I tried use it money from disappear. I called them 4 times and ask for a help and complain form . In finally when I filled out the form they answered me that my new card is on the way and should be within 7-10 working days . Those days are past and still I don’t have my money or new card … I tried to contact them again and no answer. The worst company every don’t waist your time and money !”

“One4all card should be re-branded as NONE4all!! Reputable companies should NOT associate with this SCAM!Ironically, card is marketed as accessible and flexible, but in fact, are USELESS!! I received a £50 card, which I was unable to use in Rituals, as my chosen purchase exceeded the balance, and bizarrely, you can't pay the difference nor top-up the card! I chose another set at £49.90 but card DECLINED again due to £40 limit in a single transaction! The Sales Assistant was most helpful but frustrated. Tried spending under £40 and still DECLINED! I tried to use in W H Smith in Glasgow Central but DECLINED as apparently, that particular branch does not accept them, (although listed), so I would have to inconveniently visit a different branch. In M&S, staff told me these cards are notorious! You could NOT make this up!”

“Tried a second one for all gift card both had £20 on neither would work these cards are a complete rip off. Yes they respond to posts like this but do nothing about it. They were given as gifts. Do not trust these cards at all.”

“Such a scam. My balance is gone. Said I bought an H&M gift card. I did not. Said rhey wanted more personal information from me after they send me a 4 digit unique code. Why? Such a scam!”

“The worst system I have ever interacted with. Only got interested in helping me when I posted a negative review on TrustPilot, then closed the ticket when it was not resolved. Impossible to navigate system - avoid.”

“Wat een waardeloos systeem. Aanmelden een kaart aan vragen en niet eens tot het einde van je te goed!! Had een kaart voor 15 euro. Wilde pathe te goed gaat va 11,99 echt kansloos.”

“Bought my card in U.S.. Selected email card for Kohls. Had $0 balance was supposed to be $30. When I inquired at Kohls (since no one at one for all to talk to, only recordings) I was informed some one else had already spent my card. They were not interested in helping me or my problem.”

“Absolutely shocked and disgusted! How on earth are these people firstly allowed to trade!? And secondly get away with charging a fee, not just for the shea fact they exist but because I enquired for a Ballance of which was gifted to me! When you buy a gift card for x amount you expect that person to receive a gift card loaded with x amount to spend when they want on what they want without been charged just because they didn't use it the instant they received it! 90p off x the entire sum of my card present =£o.oo left! Even dick Turpin wore a mask! you robbing barstools!! I'd of given -10 stars if I was able!”

“What an absolute disgraceful system. I phoned 03308280881 today for my balance and was told there was £41.10 on my card. When I tried to use it in M&S and also Primark it was declined on numerous accessions. Why????????? The 16 digit number on my card is:- 4844 2617 8674 3633. Why do you issue cards that cannot be used ? I am not prepared to let this rest and if I do not get an answer from or a replacement card, I will contact the ombudsman etc.etc.etc.”

“Couldn't spend my £100 card with american golf because one4all has a£40 limit on a single transaction and each item that I wished to purchase was over that limit.When I phoned customer services they couldn't tell me why there was a limit and hung up on me.”

“Terrible! Doesn’t work in store and 90p fee slowly takes everything away. Started with £10+, now I have zero! I didn’t send any of the money but the fee took it all.”
