“Tried 3 launches to get leggings midnight blue and every time they disappear from my card. Every time I try to buy a maximum of two pieces so I’m very quick. I hate that it can be removed from my card while I’m typing in my card number. I love the effortless and would give it a very good but because it’s so so difficult to get just a few pieces I’m just so disappointed every time I shop here. Sorry”
“The shopping process is stressful. I went on the site at 16:59 to be able to get my things. I put everything in the basket in like 2 minutes ( I had some lagging with the black legging) I put it at the end I. My basket with everything. When I was about to check out I got a message that is out of stock I wanted to buy something else to avoid the shipping fee, but I was too scared that my other article became out of stock ( happened to me at the last realise, and always I’m at the checkout phase in less than 5 minutes) I love Oner but I would be nice to have a bit more stock as buying at Oner is stressful !”
“It's 6:03 pm and i couldn't order the legging in coal in short because it was out of stock, don't know if it's a bug in the system or if there's not enough stock but it"s a little disappointing...”

“Really frustrating when you go to checkout and have all your items and qualify for free shipping, then because the website takes so long to load, items sell out, then you don't qualify for free shipping anymore. But I can't go back to add more items because then even more of my items will sell out. On launch days shipping should be free because everything sells out so fast. I've had to wait up to two weeks for an order to come in the past, which is crazy when paying for shipping. I still love Oner and will always buy, but the process has really not improved much even as the company has grown.”
“I found that for a pair of joggers I put all of my sizing information in and it calculated that there was nothing higher than a 30 match for me… I am 5’2” and 115lbs, a little curvy.. and wanted them to fit slightly loosely.. and it said there was no sizing match for me? I’m a pretty standard sized person and as I know this brand strives for inclusivity, I found this odd and disappointing.”
