My pram arrived within 24 hours of ordering and I couldn’t be happier I was abit sceptical after reading some reviews glad It didn’t stop me ordering 100% recommend

Finally received my full refund, but only after chasing them with another few emails. How was the blanket found all of a sudden, after I called you out for withholding a portion of my refund because you told me I’d kept it?! Keep an eye on the amount you’re refunded - if you are lucky enough to be refunded!

This is the worst company. I ordered a cot for £190 and after waiting a month they sent the wrong cot! When I contacted them which took weeks to finally get through to someone, they told me they would collect it but I had to pay £35! So I paid £35 and waited another 6 weeks for a refund and they have refunded me but kept £16!!! So they have just had £51 of my money for nothing! I can’t understand how this company is still in business they are awful, rude and to be honest useless!

Online4Baby FINALLY accepted my return item, even acknowledging it was not a satisfactory standard - result, I thought. However, they’ve only issued a partial refund, as apparently “one of the cellular blankets was not returned” - pure lies!!! I would not, and DID NOT, keep one of the very poor quality cellular blankets. Awaiting a further refund, but doubt they’ll issue it - simply receiving automated replies again! I’ve returned plenty of items to various companies over the years without any such drama. And funny enough, all items have been received and refunded, as they should! What a shambles of a company. AVOID or be disappointed and frustrated beyond belief.

Would be very wary of using this company again! Seems like great prices until they send you the wrong product and offer nothing in the way of compensation! I ordered a Joie car seat from them and they sent a cheaper model to what I had ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen (Human error,) however they are unwilling to offer any compensation for the error. Here's why I am annoyed. I ordered the product on 27th April with next day delivery, as we had planned to use it for our trip away 2 days later. I spent all day waiting to hear about delivery only for it to turn up a day later on the 29th. After notifying them of the error, they said someone would ring me in the morning. Again I waited all day for a phone call till eventually at 12:30 someone got in contact with me. You cannot ring them and they discourage you to keep on emailing them as it adds to there work load. Sorry about that, I've just spent hours and hours waiting for you to contact me! I was told that the earliest they could collect the item was 4 days later?? Apparently DPD don't collect items the next day (Saturday) or on Sunday or bank holidays. So they are collecting the item a week after I ordered it. She ended the conversation in a very sarcastic way when I mentioned making a complaint etc, not very professional. They cannot deliver the new item when collecting the other one as they are not insured to do that! I repeatedly asked about compensation, the least they could of done was offer 10% off my next order. Stupid company policy. Own your mistakes and make amends. Surely customers won't want to order again if after mistakes like this. I for sure will not be doing! Someone from the complaints company rang me back and again I was surprised that despite apologising there was no offer for compensation. Why go to the effort of ringing me back if you cannot even offer any compensation. You have the next week for us as we do not have a car seat to use.

Disgusting customer service! Ordered a pram payed for next day delivery on Sunday! They told me DPD had lost it although DPD told me they never collected it from them! 4 days later refused a refund until I made a formal complaint and as if by magic it appeared back at their hub from DPD!! Joke of a company and not even an apology for their mistakes and poor service. AVOID

AVOID!!! Appalling quality items received in a damaged box. Moses basket arrived damaged also - snapped and sharp in places - clearly sent like this, not damaged in transit, as a the snapped bits were painted over! Not fit for purpose and extremely poorly made. Also, the cellular blankets I ordered are absolutely nothing like the photos online - definitely not almost £30 RRP!!! Requested to return the items via DPD on day received (as they state as an option in their returns policy), although this is now becoming an issue. I’m receiving automated responses and unnecessary delays in accepting my item. They also say they have not received my photo evidence of damage - I have read they have done this to previous customers too. AVOID!!!!

There prices are fantastic, after that what a mess. i have been trying to return faulty goods with them for 5 weeks. had to ring up on hold for over an over, sorted in 5 seconds, after taking further advise, on the way they run there business. They are now collecting, and hopefully get my money back. Terrible will never use again.

I don’t even want to give this shocking company one star! They are Beyond shocking. I gave this company 4 chances to correct there mistake by delivering a faulty part for my daughters cot 4 times later damaged goods came as replacements as well as completely wrong replacements. They then wouldn’t even give me a partial refund or collect the faulty cot for a full refund. I’m now over £200 out of pocket and have to purchase a cot else where as the one they delivered is not safe for my baby!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! I get better service from the pound shop!!!

I am using this app for more than 1 month and can surely say that they have outsmarted all other apps. The interface is simply awesome and there are so many features! I was using a stupid app in the past but this app has some serious vision behind all this. The idea of funtime and timebank is simply classic. I think not many people know about these features but they really add more value to the whole image. Totally recommended to parents with teens. We ordered many items from O4B to use for our first born son. We ordered a particular pram that was going to make going for a walk by myself a lot easier to manage, especially during lockdown and being stuck on my own. The pram was said to have been dispatched at the start start of February this year. It didnt turn up. They suggested that DPD had lost it, they said they'd chase it up...no luck. They said they'd dispatch another and we queried whether we'd get one because stock was flying out again. We were reassured that they had hundreds in stock so would be fine. No news, no updates at all.....look on website and they are all out of .stock again. Customer service was not reachable twice in a row due to "staff training". It took me to contact someone who works in a showroom on Instagram to get someone from customer services to contact us ASAP. They said they were changing over staff so it didnt get actioned.....no offer of compensation or vouchers, just "oh, do you want a refund?" That is no way to carry out customer service to a very annoyed and frustrated customer. They said we can "write a letter of complaint if you want but it'll just come to me anyway". Absolutely disgusting attitude and no way of apologising for waiting 7 weeks for a pram to use! I will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be sure to disuade anyone from buying from them. Their prices may be cheaper but their service is weak and they do not seem to see customer relations as a priority. Disappointing experience when it is not what you want to be spending your time dealing with as a first time mum in lockdown.

I wish I could give no stars this company is absolutely awful! This is not an exaggeration it is literally the worst online company I’ve ever brought from the customer services are so rude.. Products are poor and if there is any kind of issue.. faulty or damaged product they will not give you your money back.. that’s if you can get through to their customer service.. avoid

If I could give zero stars I would! I also wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. 1.4 stars overall out of 5 speaks volumes!! Customer service is absolutely appalling. No empathy whatsoever! Every single person I have spoken to have spoken over me; My mental health has been triggered on numerous occasions due to this. I placed an order with this company hoping to receive a car seat for my baby that is due to be delivered any time. After placing the order, I realised the car seat I purchased was not suitable for my vehicle. I refused delivery with dpd for this reason. Dpd then proceeded to take a picture of me refusing the delivery with my door ajar stating the item was delivered. When I received this decieptful email from DPD I contacted online for baby straight away. The parcel was not on my doorstep any longer and I wondered if the courier had in fact taken it as I had asked. Since this issue arose I have been dealt with so disgustingly by this company. They have no interest in helping me. Only to say the issue has nothing to do with them and that they only deal with ‘facts’. And the picture of me refusing delivery is evidence it was received. DPD themselves, however agree that the picture is not proof of delivery. There own proof of delivery on their website states: “we won’t ask you to sign for your parcel, we will take a photo of it instead in your open doorway as proof it’s been delivered” I have tried to liaise with this company and resolve my issue. I have cried and explained my experience and worries. To which most people would be understanding and display a level of empathy! I have spoken to members of the team, a ‘general manager’ and also a ‘legal representative’ apparently. All of which have poor customer service skills and a vile attitude. They have now stated that they will not be answering any calls from myself anymore as I have contacted them so much. What do they expect?! I am short £159, without my goods, due to give birth without a car seat! And have been advised by both DPD and the police to contact them to update them of what I know now and encourage them to reopen an investigation Quite possibly the worst company I have EVER come across. And to think they are dealing with expectant stressed and hormonal mothers potentially AVOID!!!!!!!!’n

Online 4 baby mattress 1400 by 700 do not buy this item it’s completely different item than pictured advertised item send is of such appalling quality and would fail any quality control the cover papery thin and Far too big and baggy for actual mattress, the mattress is only 1340mm long and the shambolic way the layers of foam have been put Together, there is a gap at the top and bottom of cot and there is a gap on the side of about 100 mm to as well. this item is a dangerous product. I’ve written to trading standards and encourage every one in receipt of this item to do the same before a baby is injured or worse

Please do not use this company!!!!! Purchased 2 faulty products, one of which they are refusing to refund even tho it is faulty. The second, only offering a partial refund. Shocking customer service, they are impossible to deal with. I have never known anything like it, ever! 6 weeks of trying to deal with this. We have been left with no choice but to buy another travel system, while they drag there heels hoping we will give in.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a 4Baby Little Acorn crib not to do so. My son has twice woken with large dents in his head due to the round bars and, of course, we are not able to put bumpers on the cot as Lullaby Trust strongly advises against doing so. I asked for a straight swap for something of the same value with flat slats and was rudely refused. It's upsetting as I've been using this company for almost a year. I will not be using it again.

I ordered a Moses baskets and it arrived 9 days later and it was the wrong one.when ringing customer service they were rude and said I will need to wait 21days for a new one to sent out when I need this Moses basket urgently.
