“The prices are cheapest i've found. Service i'm not sure about. I bought an item yesterday and admittedly I walked in and enquired. I saw the item brought in from the warehouse, attached to reception. Wouldn't be more than 50m. The warehouse guy was quick and I got the text to say my item was ready. It took the counter staff more than 20min to take 5 steps to take it off the shelf and give me the item. Then he complained the warehouse guys didn't tell him. The process must be complex. But when one of his mates turned up.....instant service! Maybe I'm doing it wrong. In harsh financial times, service is everything and if you can take the lowest price you can find to the nearest business that will match it, in general that's what people do. So with this experience I'm at a loss as to why it would take items I've ordered online 2 days to be dispatched from the warehouse to the reception. Maybe it's coming from elsewhere. That's possible. But the reception on the phone did advise one caller, the item is usually prepared and ready in about 30min after online order.”
