“Despite my general ignorance about vehicle suspensions and their components, the first time I called, I was given a great deal of advice, guidance, and help. The parts I ordered were heavily discounted, and dispatched/arrived quickly. The 2nd time [for another older car], I was far more familiar with the system, and was able to work through the parts needed and available more quickly, and even went to pick them up personally. Everything was ready within a few hours of ordering, and I enjoyed the experience and contact with the phone and counter staff. Although I only bought the parts for the mechanic to fit, there were no problems with compatibility and none with driving. Although I am by no means a car aficionado or revhead, I have learnt and been helped a tremendous amount from people at Online Auto Parts, and who obviously love cars, not to mention their jobs.”
