“Hi guys. Got my headlights with only a little hiccup with the Post office driver delivering the package to the wrong address. Local post office sorted it out quite quickly so all good. The lights actually fit better and are a better quality than the original!! So well done. Will defiantly use you guys again. Regards Rick”

“Wow. How good are these guys. Price matched a part from somewhere else & there was a minor error in the headlamps that were shipped. They fitted but weren't right. I Once I realised the issue with an incorrect part being supplied, I emailed apologising that I didn't find the difference until it was fitted. Traded some emails with Michael & some pics, explained the problem the replacement headlights created on the VJZ95 Prado & offered to go halves in freight if there was any chance of swapping. Understanding that they were incorrect and not what I'd requested originally, they went out of their way to sort out their error. As soon as they had the tracking for the parts on return (they sent a label too) they expressed the replacements. Absolutely phenomenal product support and customer service. These days you'd have to go a long way to find a better experience under the circumstances. Five stars guys. You rock. DJ”
