“Went online a month ago to source the parts that I required. Last night spent a bit over three-quarters of an hour trying to buy the parts online, the system kept stating the parts would not fit my Mazda 3. The system had all the details of the cart so it should have been a simple job to source the right part. Gave up in the end as I could not find the parts I wanted. Phoned the Brisbane office Saturday morning to find that the computer system had a glitch that the IT people had not fixed. Ordered parts online Saturday, system stated the parts would not fit a Toyota, oh my god, the parts are for a Mazda 3, now awaiting delivery. I have ordered parts previously with no issues and would order again. Just wish the company had put up a message saying they were having issues with the system.”

“so far the price is what I needed, as we know everything costs more now, i needed a fair price and so far the price was not going to break me, The water pump for Prado Diesel match fit for no mistakes was amazing and easy , the delivery option was even better as offered me Saturday and was able to choose the handler and prices to match so far this was my easiest purchase for parts no phone calls or chasing would recommend just on this system let alone price and delivery so far so professional thankyou when parts arrive and fit will review again”
