“Front knuckle bearing kit bearings had been opened bearings removed from plastic bags covered in grease and then put back in the kit was sent two new ones but very poor experience to find new parts in that condition”

“Ordered timing belt and water pump kit, and got wrong timing belt. Took a week to get replacement. In the second shipment, received wrong seals. In total, took almost 3 weeks to get the correct parts. Because I went to the back of the queue each time with the repair shop when I was waiting for parts, took 7 weeks to do a one day job. Won't order again...”

“I ordered a water pump for my ute and it did not come with a gasket. when I purchase the water pump online it said it would,,, but it did not!!.... I now have to buy a separate gasket off your website.”
