“I ordered a water pump for my ute and it did not come with a gasket. when I purchase the water pump online it said it would,,, but it did not!!.... I now have to buy a separate gasket off your website.”

It is very uncommon for parts to be missing from kits, but it not impossible. We encourage out customers to contact us immediately if they have a problem with their order.
