This has to be the worst by some way the worst online store I have ever used. Paid for item to be delivered in 48hrs which never arrived. Telephone call was greeting with a Hulloo, not who I was speaking to or company name. Explained the problem and blame was put on courier. I was told he would send the item out and I would have it next day, arrived 2 days later only to find it was the wrong item sent...awaiting a promised refund but not holding my breath. All I can say is avoid unless you happy to waste your money.

you sent me the wrong item,i ordered 6 airpure lotus flower spray and you sent me 6 airpure fresh linen spray,not a happy with the service at all,i have even phoned you about the order but still nothing

All food items well past best before date to the point of being stale. Very disappointed.

Placed an order for: 10x 250ml of Finish Booster.. A bean bag tray.. Two candy cans And an orange chocolate slab.. What a received.. 1x candy cane.. 1x dark chocolate 1x bean bag tray.. WTH?!? Call up on the 2nd.. receive an apology and a promise that the goods will be resent.. Follow up today.. Sent an email that says.. checked and goods damaged on their way to you, send us your email and we'll give you a refund! Absolute lack of integrity, business ethics and decency.. I shouldn’t have to chase an order that should not have left the warehouse.. Then I must chase it twice.. Companies that do not deliver with pride and integrity shouldn’t be allowed to trade! Simple!

Cannot review item ordered as not received the following day as promised when I rung to check delivery times. Paid for next day delivery £7.95 waste of money as not delivered in time.

Received 4 out of the 5 products I paid for - the product that didn’t arrive happened to be the most expensive item too (£8). Won’t be buying from here again.

Ordered and paid for my item on the 14th of December. Paid the the same amount again for it to be delivered within 48 hours. By the 19th of December my item had still not arrived. No communication from the vendor to explain & no tracking details provided to allow me to check progress myself. Phoned the helpine number which was answered by a voice just saying 'hello'. The advisor was friendly and polite but clearly poorly trained and wasn't able to offer any sort of explanation or reason for me not receiving my order. Only to tell me that what I'd ordered was now out of stock and my item had not been returned to yourselfs yet so could be resent until after Christmas ! Not acceptable service ! Poor communication, no explanation and staff unprepared to deal with the situation. Very disapointing !

Habe zwei mal 10 DENIM DUSCHE GEL SEX APPEAL DUSCHE GEL 250ML bestellt aber 20 andere bekommen! Die 2 Bestellungen wurden in einem packet geliefert bezahlt habe ich 2 mal 9,90GBP da wäre eine Erstattung von 1mal Versandkosten angebracht gewesen! Hier werd ich sicher nichts mehr einkaufen!!!!!

Absolutely useless, still not received my order three weeks later. Rang twice told me it was with hermes then only just received an order confirmation after three weeks, still not dispatched. Would never order from here again. Customer service on the phone was also dreadful. Paying 4.95 postage is also outrageous for this level of slow service. Disgusting.

Items not included in order, items do not resemble the photographs and are totally different. Square pillow covers instead of the oblong ones shown. Totally useless. Not happy no return labels rang and told would have to send at my own cost!!

CAVEAT EMPTOR=ONLINE POUND STORE They delivered a completely different product to that shown in their photograph, their listing and their receipt. Then, when the package eventually arrived the contents was; Out of the expiry date and tasted vile. I complained, to which they asked for photographic evidence as proof. I complied and waited for a response, they then countered with the offer of a full refund which I accepted. they then rescinded their original offer and tried to low-ball me with a "partial refund" instead. I declined demanding a full refund under" The Consumer Rights Act 2015- As the goods I had receivedfrom them were not " Fit for purpose on at least two grounds" . I am still awaiting full refund, CAVEAT EMPTOR should one be unwise enough to purchase from this seller.

They supplied me with wrong item and sent me a voucher for another that they didn't have, even though it showed as being in stock when ordered. I phoned their customers services immediately and explained. They said they would refund my payment card but did not. Not a happy customer - shame

I ordered gifts for Christmas when they arrived they was so battered I could not give them as presents. I feel like I wasted my money and would never order from the pound shop online again.

Parcel took a long time to come and no one replyed to my emails when asking about it. 2 items were missing and in return for the 2 items I received a £1 voucher to use in my next order, which I will not get use out of as I will not be using the site again. Only possitive is that the items are good quality and great prices but not worth the stress
