“I ordered 30 cherry diffusers i did not asked for substitute and i was sent 7 off them and rest was the lemon which is not a nice fragrance they tried to get rid of them and i had a hassle of returning them”

“Sent me the wrong item. Have been trying to contact someone to return item and not very helpful customer service and very short answers which don’t answer my question. Very disappointing”

“Delivery didn't turn up. Emails took forever to get responded to. Then was told my package was lost. Heard nothing since and been offered no money back either!! Terrible customer service, not professional and no delivery!!!”

“I am very unhappy at the way my items were packed. At least 4 of my items were damaged and not all of them were just £1. Most of which were stocking fillers. And even some of the tubs of creams were all dented so I couldn't even give them as a stocking filler as they look second hand !!!! Shocking service and no remorse or apology . Save ur money I wasted nearly £50.”

“Ordered twice now both orders had things missing but had been charged for and both parcels arrived damaged with some products damaged inside! Will not be ordering again!”

“I expected some things to be low quality but everything I had was dirty, I know the sweets were best before but 3 yrs takes the mick, they were so pale and faded I threw them. Also I don't see the point of a hen do banner!!!. I have thrown over half the box, intact I only kept 10 things so NO I would not buy one again or advise anyone to buy one of these boxes!!!”
