“Terrible company!!! Received several items out of date, contacted them to return them and get refunded but no reply whatsoever (after 2 weeks)!!! Paypal is now involved to resolve.”

“I was a costumer till last week I made 2 order of £400 for cosmetic items, order n. 86129 and 86110 received 2 boxes with 89 items damaged very badly packaged, after soo many phone calls and emails to B&j supplies onlinepoundshop customer service they didn't want to help and I had to pay for it, Avoid working with those people.”

“Online Pound Store substitute 2 of he 14 items on our order for another brand, without asking us. The other brand we did not want, and the cans were filthy dirty. We then had a lot of aggravation getting our money refunded, and arranging for the to arrange return shipping for the order.”

“The product arrived quickly. And so did scores of junk emails from prostitutes etc. And so did an attempt by fraudsters to steal my bank details by posing as PayPal. Since this transaction with your site was the only time I have used PayPal to buy anything online, I can only conclude that my email address was hacked from your site by crooks and junkmail pests. Or perhaps even sold to them. I won't be buying from your site again.”

“Paid for 48 hour delivery and my order wasn’t shipped for 5 days. The customer service email address is invalid and no-one ever picks up the phone. When my order was finally shipped I received no notification from the store itself, only from the parcel carrier. The courier used was the wrong one, 48 hour delivery is supposed to be via DPD and my parcel came via Hermes, who are the carrier for the standard delivery. When my parcel arrived, three of the items weren’t even what I ordered, either they weren’t in stock and and the website didn’t reflect that, or whoever picked my order didn’t know what they were looking for and just guessed. All in all, a pretty terrible experience and mostly a waste of money.”
