Ordered mystery boxes...it was obviously clearance stock which i was annoyed with at the price of £25 each you expect some decent things and also was absoluty horrific to open as my hands went black from dust...it was disgusting, luckily i opened them with out the kids present, they were layered in dust as if they were boxed up in the storeroom for years. Really dissapointed

Dreadful experience. Ordered and paid for goods on 16/11/17 and order was confirmed. 6 days later, having had no updates, I contacted online pound store, by email and was told that they would get in touch with the courier to find out the reason for the delay. Then 8 days after ordering, I received an email from online pound store saying that the courier Hermes, had lost my order and they "will have to send a new one out". I'm not holding my breath! I'm going to give it another couple of days then escalate a PayPal dispute if I still haven't received. First and last time I will shop with them!

Never received the item and did not receive any reply to my complains. The tracking number received does not exist. Avoid.

One item missed in my order, contacted customers service, but nobody respond. I'll never order from them again !!! Good prices on items, but stealing your money, cheating by packaging and no one is responsible for it. Hope this online shop will be closed soon!!!!!!!

I bought a mystery box the boy one Some of the toys were broken there were some girls toys in there every think was filthy so my son was not very happy about it as he bought it out of his birthday money so won’t be buying again from you

2 items missing from order. One wrong torch sent--one shower jel leaked over pack of Rolos and pack of Liquorice which were thrown away. Was asked to provide a photo of jel and torch--have taken photos with my mobile phone but as a 75 year old am not very well up on how to send photo via email. Every attempt has failed. Am waiting for my grandson to come this week and show me how to do it. Altogether am out of pocket by £7 if you count the £1 voucher for an item you didn't have!

I am still yet to hear back after 2 emails about the items missing from my order! Would not recommend I am out of pocket and very disappointed

Four items were missing from my order and one is damaged so badly its useless. I have contacted online poundstore twice and haven’t had a reply in four days. My order came in a battered box for contact lenses that was held together by sellotape and had no paperwork in at all. Awful customer service! Still no idea what’s going on with my missing items.

The worst. I have one order of October 16th and still not came to my house!! The delivery company said me that the adress is wrong, so I call the Onlinepound and they said me that the next day I'll have my parcel. But I'm not have them still. I send an email but the company don't answers..... I need my 40£!!!! Because I think that they never send to me the parcel....

When my order arrived there were 3 missing items, I contacted OPS and were told the items were out of stock despite them STILL showing as in stock online in today! They were either not competent enough or too lazy to resend the items I had ordered, despite me proving they are available and advised they would just refund for the missing items. I have still not received a refund, I find their actions extremely prejudicial and illegal and have complained to the office of fair trading regarding how they conduct their business. Safe yourself their ludicrously expensive shipping and just go to poundworld or poundland.

A lot of the items I brought were obviously from multipacks but I was only sold one. When I received the parcel it was missing 3 items. I have let them know but I'm still awaiting action from them

the box arrived in a battered dirty state. The contents were dirty and poor quality and there was a used filthy hand brush in the parcel. I need to return the goods. Very very disappointing.

after 2 weeks items were not received, it took afurther 3 days and paypal to finally get a refund. customer service was poor , emails went unanswered. tracking information was incorrect and kept changing. no apologies received.
