Hi Chris, We appreciate you reaching out and are extremely sorry there was an issue with the way we handled your return. We refunded you for the shirts you returned, so you should be good to go on that front, and we will be reviewing our website to see what ways we can add clarity to our current return process which does require customers to reach out and let us know that they are returning shirts vs. just sending them back. Hi Clarice, I am so sorry your package hasn't arrived yet. Unfortunately USPS is experiencing shipping delays due to the current weather crisis. I will keep an eye on your tracking information and intervene if necessary. Currently, it does show that it is en route to you and is just arriving later than expected. “I ordered a XXL t-shirt and after a week I called and was told it was there was no stock and I said leave the order until they got some more in. At that point I was told they were not getting anymore and that they would refund my money which they did. Now if your a t-shirt company only don't you stock xxl t-shirts?”

Hello Rick, I am sorry that we ran out of stock on the particular size and color you ordered. It's true that our next replenishment of the Pima shirts is a ways out. Pima was a new product for us recently, which far exceeded the demand we anticipated. We're working hard to get back up to stock. We do have many other colors and fabrics in stock in your size! I'm glad we could resolve this right away with a refund--please know that a replacement item is always an option as well!
