“sent the wrong color shirt. even the packing indicated that I had purchased a "rust" colored T shirt for my son. I got a black T shirt instead.”

“Great customer service and shirts! There was an issue with my first order (was not their fault - USPS’s fault) however they quickly responded and went out of their way to remedy the situation. The shirts are so soft and fit great - I will be buying more me and my husband!”

“I recently bought an ONNO T-Shirt. It was lovely with wonderfully soft material, but it was a bit small on me and clung to my body—which was not a good look on me. It was the largest size they offered, so I contacted them about returning it. Here is what they instructed me to do: “ If you wouldn't mind donating the shirt to someone who could use it in these difficult times, it would mean a lot.” That is exactly what I did, contributing it to a local service organization. I was amazed at ONNO’s response, and it made me want to buy again from ONNO. In these times of corporate greed, what a refreshing policy.”

“I ordered medium as a gift, but it looked too large. I asked about exchanging it for a small. I got a pleasant response and the small was shipped immediately. Liked that returns and exchanges are free.”
