“Love the shirts. The purple is really pretty. So soft and washes well! I’m normally a medium so that’s what I ordered (5’5” 122 34DD) but the small would have been a better fit. They run large in my opinion.”

“I purchased an ONNO tshirt,based on the great reviews. I found the fabric thin, ajd after one wash the stitching is now coming loose. It also shrunk considerably. I wouldn't say the quality is worth the price.”

“I purchased 4 bamboo shirt sleeved shirts last year for an extended trip to Europe. High quality, extremely soft and comfortable, and kept me warm and cool when needed. They washed great and kept their shape while air drying in a day. After nearly a year of wearing them, they look brand new. The more you wear between washing, the softer the fabirc, while it stays fresh and doesn't smell. Great quality for the price too! Delivery was fast. Easy to order. Just purchased 2 more short sleeve T's and one long sleeve. Great color selection, true to picture.”

“I bought several. They all got holes in them around the waist area within a few washes. Any friction, and the fabric wears out easily. While I liked the style and colors, they don’t hold up and are overpriced. Regret my purchases.”

“I have several bamboo Onno shirts that I love! I was given a long sleeve and a short sleeve for my birthday and later bought another short sleeved one. They are comfortable and look nice. The customer service was great when I ordered the 2nd one and was not happy with the color. However, I just found 2 small wear holes in my long sleeve shirt. I have not worn the shirt very many times since it was a gift given to me in the summer and I didn't wear it until the fall/winter. After a few months of sporatic use (maybe a dozen wear/washes), the holes appeared. I contacted customer support and was told that nothing can be done since more than 180 days have passed. I am very disappointed and was surprised with the response. My past experiences with customer support have been superb. Very disappointed that they are not standing by their product, especially given the cost.”

“Found these on Amazon about a year ago, January 2024. Ordered one hemp and one bamboo. They were shipped by Onno, not by Amazon. Delivery was timely, like within a week. The two shirts have been great so far—nice fabrics, flattering and look good. Would recommend and would buy again.”

“Last year, I ordered various shirts from ONNO and overall I love the feel and look of the shirts when you first get them. My favorite shirts are the Pima Cotton. They hold their shape and seem to last much longer than the thinner options. I'd suggest staying away from the bamboo shirts. I ordered short sleeve and long sleeve versions and they do not last. They stretch out after one wear and have multiple holes in them even though I wash on gentle and hang to dry. Disappointing for the cost.”

“No stars if it was possible these shirts arrived smelling like chemicals. They are paper thin and they show your skin way through. They have no elasticity on them even when you just get them brand new people complain that they don’t last very long. They’re very expensive and I can’t get a hold of anybody to do return I’m going to the Better Business Bureau file a big complaint”

“Shirt was mediocre for $44. And after several washings it developed holes. Company refused to do anything because it’s past 180 days. Nonsense customer service emails.”

Hi Robin, I'm sorry we were unable to process a refund for the order you placed a year ago. As we mentioned in our emails to you, we are literally unable to process a refund beyond 180 days (6months), which is why that is our policy. This is a limitation of the credit card processor. In the future, we would be happy to help with a return/refund as long as it is within 6 months of purchase. We find that this isn't an issue for most people and that most people are actually grateful for our return policy which is a much more lenient compared to most companies which usually only allow 1 month to return items. “I am newly obsessed with these shirts. I am slowly buying all the colors I like. I am weird with materials in general, especially long sleeve shirts. I don't believe in winter because of how much I hate wearing long sleeves, however winter does exist where I live so it is usually a miserable experience for me in terms of never having comfortable shirts. And these bamboo shirts have exceeded my expectations. They are SO comfortable, I want to live in these shirts. They ship extremely fast as well. I think a small would be okay, but I am a little bigger in the chest and like a looser fit in general. Overall, I really like the quality, the fit, how comfortable they are, and I like the more earthy and darker colors but that is just my preference.”

“I have a handful of ONNO's bamboo tshirts - both women's short sleeve and long sleeve. I like them very much! When I saw that they're now making Beechwood tshirts, I wanted to try one. I love it the most of all. I got the deep blue color, which is a vibrant hue - a bright happy color. And the fabric is softer, lighter and stretchier than the bamboo - qualities which I also really like. I'm hoping ONNO will start making long sleeve beechwood tshirts soon. Thank you ONNO!”

“Ordered long sleeve black in medium for 5’4”, 135lbs. So soft, so comfortable. In fact the fit, drape and look is exactly as per their models/advertising. I love the super long sleeves for that oversized look, and it is also very long on the body which I like as it keeps kidney area and bottom warm on early morning walks. I have not washed yet but if there were any small shrinkage it would be even better. Maybe I could have done a small for a snugger fit. I don’t own either a dryer or iron and am fine with that lived in look that I clearly saw on some of the Facebook video advertising/recommendations etc. Some people negatively commented on aspects that I personally love and could clearly determine from the advertising. They are, in my opinion, as advertised for that active/outdoorsy “lifestyle” choice. Very happy with my purchase.”

“I love the material of these bamboo shirts. They have a beautiful drape and lightweight silky feel. They were exactly what I was looking for. Also, I ordered two Beechwood T-shirts, one gray and one green. They had distinctly different fabrics from one another. One had a very nice soft, light texture similar to the bamboo shirts I ordered. The second shirt however, I feel must have been mislabeled. It was much heavier and thicker with a rougher texture. It feels and wears like a cotton T-shirt. After reaching out to customer service, I was told shirts are made in small batches and can vary. While I appreciate that, in this instance, that means you are lacking quality control, and have no consistency within your product. The beechwood T-shirts also shrunk significantly beyond a half size as indicated by ONNO. Don’t bother with the beechwood shirts. Why I am not happy - I reached out to customer service prior to ordering to clarify sizing recommendations to accommodate their shrinkage estimates. I am an extra small, but I wanted the shirts to fit loose and maintain their drape after being washed so they recommended I order size small which I did. However, the shrinkage after washing is not just a 1/2 size reduction. They shrink a full size if not a little more. Had I known they would shrink this much I would’ve actually ordered medium. I reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a larger size. I was told exchanges are not offered to Canadian customers and I would have to place a completely new order. I was given instructions on how to return the original shirts back to them as they do not have any labels or shipping services (costs covered by me) they provide Canadian customers. I was also notified I will not be refunded my original flat shipping cost of $25 from my order. My 25$ shipping took over two weeks and was done through standard united Postal Service. Not impressed. With these shirts ringing in around $55 Canadian plus a flat rate of $25 US for shipping I won’t be bothering to re-order because it’s too much of a financial gamble as they are not set up for Canadian customers, and are not honest about the shrinkage of their fabrics. I did find a way around the additional out of pocket return costs, ONNO‘s return period seems to be approximately six months, and I am travelling to the US in a few mths so I emailed customer service to inquire about having them send me a free return label (that they offer to their US customers) and use my friends home address to return the shirts within the United States, which they’ve agreed to do.”

“LOVE the shirt fabric! Just what I was looking for. Soft and light enough to cover me from the sun, but keep me cool at the same time. The shirt was too long for my short-waisted body, but customer service was awesome, sending me a different size and then sending a return shipment label right away when neither size was right-proportioned for me. You can shop with 100% confidence, knowing ONNO customer service is outstanding! I'll be keeping an eye on their products, because I love the feel of the bamboo cloth.”

“I bought my first shirt and it was perfect fit perfect loved it so I ordered two more and they’re both too tight same size in bamboo. I know you have free returns, but I don’t want the headache in the hassle so I will not be purchasing anymore shirts from your company. Too bad you don’t have more consistency.”

“They're too short. I don't know what the deal is with companies making t-shirts that barely come to your waist, but this one seemed to follow in that path too. I must be the only one that likes a lot more length so that when I raise my arms, the shirt actually stays down and goes past your waistline to your hips. I was not a fan. I ordered two small and they did not even match each other in size. They were way off”

“The *BEST* tee I've ever owned! Match that with incredible customer service and I've just become a loyal customer. I've yet to find a softer tee in such lovely colors. It washes well (didn't shrink on cold). Fabric is soft and smooth. And if you have any problems with sizing, reach out. Onno will make it right! Size: 5'10' and usually a size S, but the M is perfect for a roomier hiking tee Purchased: bamboo, short sleeve tee Thanks, Onno team! ;)”
