“I am very pleased to have found such a personable company. I have been having trouble deciding which size is best for me. Elyse in customer support has been extremely helpful in my trial and error process. I would never have asked for the favors she has performed. She is very prompt with her responses and always has made corrective decisions before hand. I most certainly will purchase more items from your company. I can’t wait to try the other fabrics. “I waited for a year to write a review of my hemp t-shirts because sustainability is very important for me. I wanted to see how the shirts hold up before reviewing them. They hold up well. I have washed mine in cold and warm and occasionally tumble dried and everything is great a year in. So I ordered more. I like the colors and the fit is good though I wish there was a v neck option too. The size guide is helpful for ordering. I'll definitely buy more overtime so I hope that the quality holds!”

“My first order for ONNO T-Shirts was a pleasant surprise. The shirts were truly a delight to wear soft, comfortable and no wrinkles. I have a problem of getting too warm wearing my blouses however that was not the case with ONNO shirts. I would love for ONNO to consider making pajamas. Helen G”

“I’ve gotten several colors in this shirt for my husband. He loves the feel and the fit. They are so good looking on! He is 180 lbs 5’11” and wears a large. It fits perfectly. I can’t recommend this shirt and brand enough. Buy it! Also, their customer service is top notch.”

“I placed an order almost a month ago, and have received no information/communication as to where the order is. According to the tracking information, the shipping label has been created, but there have been no updates since. I really wanted to like this company for its commitment to sustainability and humane practices, however I would appreciate more transparency as to where my order is.”

Hi Adrienne, Thank you so much for reaching out and letting us know that USPS is taking a while to deliver your package. I am showing it as being in SF but it has been there a while so I have a feeling that it was lost in transit. Once packages leave our warehouse we don't have a way to keep an eye on every tracking number to make sure it makes it to its destination but if there ever does seem to be an issue based on the tracking information, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@onno.com and we will look into it and get it handled.
