“While the shirt I got was the perfect color I was looking for (pale pink) and very soft, I was not happy with the way it fit. I ordered my usual my usual size of small but the shirt itself was way too short. Despite fitting my chest and shoulders perfectly, it barely covered my stomach.”

“Very soft and comfortable, but very casual. Not really a dye or finish that can be dressed up. They come with a somewhat worn look. They promised of comfort and softness are true. They are also quite long!”

“Vibrant colors are what attracted me to buy several for my wife. she is a medium with such barns as adidas, and,polo or under armour. she is not pleased with the way they drape. too clingy is just the wrong place. we live and learn.”

“I have purchased many (~15) of these bamboo T shirts over the years from retailers and I love them. The two I just bought directly are nice and soft but they fit so loosely they almost feel stretched out. Yup same shirt and same size but my arms and neck are swimming in them. These are great shirts but at $38 a pop this may be my last purchase. I could go a size down but mediums have previously been too small and the large fits my torso fine.”

Our shirts shrink about 5% when washed in warm water and dried in the dryer. “ONNO is my favorite bamboo shirt company for one reason: the variety of colors. The reason I'm rating 3 stars instead of 5 is because the shirts are expensive considering that they don't last as long as they should for that price. I machine wash my shirts in cold water and air dry them. But after a few washes, first the neck line begins to distort then the holes start showing up. That type of wear shouldn't happen so soon with a $30 shirt.”

I am so sorry you are having trouble with the blocking of your shirts. We usually recommend drying the shirts in the dryer to help get them back to their original shape vs air drying. If you give that a try, please let us know how it works for you. I'm also sorry about the holes. Our fabric is on the lighter-side to help with breathability and drape which makes it a bit more delicate but that definitely shouldn't be the case. “I I have purchased five of the bamboo and five of the cotton T-shirts. Material on both types is nice but there is a large inconsistency with all of the shirts in the lengths. Some reach my hips than the others or just above the waist. Not happy with how every shirt length is different. Also one of the shirts had loose threading that as soon as I washed it the entire hem around the waist came undone. Disappointed especially since these are not inexpensive T-shirts.”

“It really is too bad but seller's product is too narrow overall but the arm holes were not open enough. It was a noce shirt though i won't be buying any more. Women have curves.”

“I bought this for my sister who, like me, is very concerned about the environment so I thought she would like this t-shirt having been made from natural sustainable fibers. I'll have to wait to hear from her how comfortable it is in the heat. I like the color and the look of it but didn't want to give it a star rating until I hear from my sister. (I don't wear t-shirts myself.)”

“I was extremely disappointed and very surprised to see that the shirt was made in China. I think that you should mention that on your website. People in the U.S. right now are trying to buy products made in the U.S. The shirt is itchy because of the stitching. I was happy that my money was refunded quickly. Thank you!”

We have our manufacturing facilities information on the dropdown menu of our website and try to be as transparent as possible. You can read more about our production partners here: https://onno.com/factories.html Unfortunately, until the farm act passed in 2018, it was actually illegal to grow hemp in the US. Over the last couple of years, a few plantations have started to pop up around the country but as far as we are aware, there are no mills in the US to process the fibers to make textiles. I hope that helps clarify why our hemp shirts aren't made in the US. I appreciate you emailing us about the issues you were having with your shirt and it was a pleasure to process a return for you and ensure you were taken care of.
