“I was hesitant to order--these shirts are a little pricey for my budget. But I have not been disappointed. I am 5'8" and 130 pounds and sometimes wear small, sometimes medium. I ordered two bamboo shirts in small, but found them a bit more clingy than I like. (I'm nearly 40. The ol' stomach isn't as flat as it used to be.) I exchanged and ended up with one shirt in bamboo and one in hemp, both in medium. Love them both. Bamboo is much lighter weight and softer. The hemp is warmer/thicker, and will probably last longer. It doesn't breathe as well as the bamboo, of course, but both are great shirts. The most impressive part of my experience though was working with the ONNO customer rep when I need to make the exchange. I was extremely impressed with how helpful she was; no generic answers here. She gave me personalized advice and made sure I received my replacement shirts quickly. Then, when I asked how to return the first shirts, she advised me to donate them. *Mind blown.* With policies like that, ONNO is a company I will work with again. SUPER IMPRESSED.”

“I have been looking for a hemp tshirt for over 20 years. Then I bought several while I was on vacation. It was an all hemp shirt from "Naked Clothing Company". The reason I know that is we just threw away the one I bought my husband. My were rags at that point. This was my basic tshirt and I have not found one I liked as much until now. I have finally found my basic tshirt. The fabric reminds me of something we used to call "raw silk". It is pretty, has a nice hand, and wears like iron.”

We only received one email from you, on May 26th at 7:10pm MT asking about shipping times. We responded the next morning at 6:48am MT letting you know that once an order is placed, it takes about 1-2 business days to ship and that once the package is picked up from our warehouse, it will take around 3-6 business days to arrive if you live in the continental US. “This is the second shirt I have received from Onno. As with the first one (bamboo), the shirt is see thru and very thin material. This second shirt is cotton and it shrunk in length this time. I find for the the price of the shirt, you can buy better elsewhere that will hold for years compare to these shirts that will last maybe a season.”

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry that the shirt you received shrank too much once it was washed/dried in the dryer. We went ahead and processed a refund for your shirt so you should be all set on that front. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We do our best to let customers know that the shirt will shrink a bit when washed in warm water and dried in the dryer but understand that that can be frusterating. “I ordered five of these t-shirts. The colors were magnificent, the fabric was silky and soft, I loved the way they felt. I had to return the shirts because of fit. I thought or had understood that the return was free, however I had to pay for return. That was the only negative thing I ran into. The credit was issued promptly to my original means of payment.”

“So much of what's on the market today is poor quality and cheaply made. Some of it is inexpensive and others quite costly. So when I saw Onno t-shirts I was a little concerned about paying this much for a t-shirt. That said, I am REALLY happy with my purchase. The t-shirts fit perfectly, and customer service is AMAZING. They do return your calls, are US made and if something is wrong, or you don't like their tee for one reason or another, their guarantee is good!”
