We do try to use a minimal amount of packing material and avoid plastic whenever possible but it definitely shouldn't be affecting the quality of the shirts you received. “I purchased an ONNO T-shirt some years ago and, with time, learned to value it. Recently, I ordered three more in the same size but different colors. ONNO says to wash and dry them gently, but I always boiled and baked the first one. Why change now. The four T-shirts are of consistent size and quality. Henceforth, they'll be the uniform of the day.”

“I’ve bought probably at least a dozen of hemp shirt over the years, and the quality has degraded over the years. I wear an XL, and my most recent purchase fit more like a medium. See photo where the black t-shirt is an XL purchased 2-3 years ago and washed many times. The steel blue t-shirt is also “XL” and is right out of the packaging. I’m not one to write reviews, let alone negative reviews. However, I didn’t receive a response when I wrote to customer service. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my shirts moving forward.”

“I appreciate the photos, the fabric info, the range of colors, the care info. It's nice to find a tee with a nice neckline. I love my shirts. I got a short sleeve hemp and a long sleeve bamboo. Both very liveable.”

“Have had three of the hemp T-Shirts for years and love the soft comfort of them. Just ordered two more. They might be a bit warm for the brutally hot summers here in Bakersfield. But during spring and fall transitional periods and to sleep in in the winter they are excellent!”

“I have the original bamboo tee. Wonderful fabric! I had trouble with my first order - I ordered the wrong item. The customer service in fixing that order had been excellent. This is an impressive company and product. Run don’t walk to try them.”
