“I have stesdily been ordering Onno shirts to show my customers. I ordered 15 pieces recently and the shipping was $50 which is completely a rip off. Having my own company I am familiar with ups and shipping and the discounts associated with shipping. Being charged $50 shipping for 15 short sleeve (totalling roughly 7 pounds) shirts is something that really makes me look at Onno as a company and its customer care.”

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the cost of shipping for your order. As mentioned when we spoke via email previously, we don't make any money off of shipping and always offer the best rate we can. For smaller quantities, the cost of shipping per shirt is higher but when larger quantities are ordered, it goes down drastically. “ONNO makes my favorite long sleeve tee. I own many! Unfortunately, so many of the shirts have been out of stock for so long! I have been assured that they will be back “soon”… but that was so long ago. Waiting…”

“ONNO is a great company to work with. My shirt I ordered was too small, but I didn't really love the quality. Instead of asking me to send it back and get a refund, they refunded me and asked that I'd donate the shirt to someone else instead! Incredible move on their part.”

“Very soft and comfortable, but very casual. Not really a dye or finish that can be dressed up. They come with a somewhat worn look. They promised of comfort and softness are true. They are also quite long!”

“I love the fit and feel of these shirts. Usually T shirts looks like burlap sacs on me, but Onno shirts fit and drape perfectly. They are just the right weight (I like a lighter T shirt) and they are buttery soft and high quality fabric. But I could only give 4 stars because of the colors. The colors represented on the website are nothing like the actual colors. For a $38 T shirt I felt I should get the color that is represented. I'll keep buying the black and gray shirts which are true to their colors, but I'm not sure if I'll take a chance on the others since I haven't had good luck so far. The only other complaint I have is that the collars don't seem to hold their shape that well, but I'm' experimenting with the drier and that seems to help.”
