“Have used them on a few occasions with no problems. I wanted to contact them however regarding the covid testing offers they have. I discovered that they were offering free tests, but wasn't sure if that applied to me. I tried to contact them by email which proved impossible to do. I then tried to phone and got cut off after waiting on the line for over half an hour. In the end I paid for my own tests as couldn't take the risk that I may or may not be entitled. I've no problems with the holiday, but communication is far from satisfactory. Will I use them again?...I will have to think about that. Maybe, maybe not. Sorry, but I feel a little let down”
