“easy booking and reasonable prices. Transfer experience from Fuerteventura airport terrible via shuttle, 90 mins sitting on coach waiting to leave, had to load and unload own cases. Service at Fuerteventura airport by Ryanair staff appalling. herded like cattle down boarding ramp even before plane had arrived, discourteous and officious.”
“Very easy to book, access and manage booking and receive paperwork. We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel was somewhat lacking and definitely reflected the poor reviews we had seen online. Not very clean and dated. Our transfers were challenging - we had no instructions on arrival and queued several times before finding our coach (who then split up all passengers mid-journey onto mini-buses. Not what you need at 3am in the morning!) We were also dropped at the top of our steep hotel drive with cases et al. Would booking again but opt for private transfers.”
“Easy booking process and the ability to ammend or change through 'manage my booking'. All paperwork delivered promptly, fast track through security, transfers at the ready. Have booked with On the Beach before and will do so again.”
“It was easy to book, but I had trouble checking in on-line.. when I went yo do it, I was asked to verify myself by taking a picture of my passport, but it would not accept the pics I took, & eventually locked me out, so I had to check in at the airport for free, also had to do the same on the way back, but was charged €60 by ryanair, I would never do that again, when I rang on the beach it took me over xn hour to get through”

“Happy with the online booking system and paperwork, when I went to pay my balance I hit a problem
Added my payment details and went through to my bank to authorise the payment, which it did, however when I returned to the payment page at onthebeach it wouldn’t let me confirm the payment
I had to call the sales team number and eventually managed to automatically pay, which worked fine, but it was a bit of hassle I didn’t really need”
“Very good choice of destinations etc. My only complaint is most of your flights are using Ryanair. Who I think are a terrible company. However I did eventually find a holiday with another airline.

“Easy to book, but disappointed in the payment options. I would have like to pay off bits as and when i wanted as long as it was paid off by a set date but this wasn’t an option and they charge per additional transaction”
