I used to work for a well know travel company and from what I seen whilst working in branch is terrible, its all based on commission and who can hit the highest sales that month! They don't care about you, they care about hitting targets and getting commission! On the beach are different, they are real and can offer real prices because they care about you and your money and they don't want to fleece you,like other travel companies! Yes things can wrong with bookings ie hotels and flights! But OTB will always help!

“I see a lot of bad reviews about OTB but personally I did not have any issues with anything. Last July, me and 3 of my friends went to Paphos, Cyprus for an all inclusive holiday. When booking the holiday, the paperwork and confirmation came instantly. We all paid around £750 for a week including private transfer and insurance. Everything in the paperwork was well detailed and even helped when using TUIs website as we were flying with them. This was the first time we ever booked a holiday and everything was very well explained on how to navigate through ‘manage my booking’ section and what to do before the holiday begins. Personally, we had no issue with flights and transfer despite flights being cancelled was very common last July. The hotel was lovely and we had a great time. My views may change in the future if booking with OTB again but for now I would highly recommend”
“October 2022. Just had a wonderful 10 days in Tigaki, Kos. My first time with On The Beach and everything was great. Booking was easy, changes on line were simple, Easy Jet flights were both fine and on time, Transfers on time for both journeys, arrived at Marianna Apartments at time specified, (I have used Holiday Taxis several times before and have never had a problem). Apartments were spotless, staff really helpful and friendly. Everything was exactly as described and advertised on, On The Beach Website. Perfect from start to finish. I cannot comment on Customer Service as I had no reason to contact them.”
“Had a fabulous holiday in Cyprus, Completely happy with On The Beach, Jet2 and the fantastic Queens Bay Hotel in Paphos. Everything went smooth, the Hotel, the Hotel Staff, the food, the location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
The only down side to the holiday, was in my opinion, Manchester Airport ( Absolutely Shambolic ). I don't blame Jet2 at all, I just think Manchester are under staffed and SO UNORGANISED ).”
“Our holiday was cancelled in 2020 due to covid and all we could see and hear is others having trouble getting their money back. We accepted it was a tough time for holiday companies and was patient and we didnt wait too long to get a full refund from Onthebeach. We booked a holiday this year to Turkey and everything was great with OTB except details for transfer which was our fault for not reading the instructions fully. We are travelling again very soon to Tunisia.”
“Everything about our "On the beach" holiday was perfect in every way.
The Hotel, the flight and transfers were as any holiday maker would expect even the upgrade to extra leg room seats on the flight home.
The hotel and especially the room with a full sea view with all of the additional features was a bonus.

“We recently had a holiday in the Maracaibo Apartments, Can Picafort, we love Can Picafort, go every year. The holiday was perfect, probably the best we have had and flew with Jet2. Looking to book for October, however, we are going to have to book with another tour company in future as I refuse to fly Ryanair. Please, On the Beach, why are most of your holidays with Ryanair, Jet2 are much better?”
