Impossible to speak with someone. Great if all goes well however if you have an urgent problem you need to discuss its a nightmare.

Booked a party off 6 adults 1 baby and had to cancel 1 adult to her pregnancy dates coinciding with holiday , they offered me £394 for cancelling 1 room which I agreed on,24 hours later they came back with new offer off £204 , when booking it says on web site “ no cancellation fees for this hotel “ , utter bull💩,

Once you pay and have left the UK they are nearly impossible to contact, I’m in Turkey and can’t contact them at all. No replies, !!! We fly by Pegasus, you can’t use online check in until 24 hours before the flight, you are then charged £60 to do so as you MUST reserve seats. This is despite paying £1700 for all inclusive package. We certainly won’t be using them again.

They are less than helful. Impossible to get to speak to anyone, all chat and email. No contact whatsoever whilst on the holiday, I contacted them and they told me to ring a number which did not work. They do not include any luggage when you book so you need to do that at extra cost. Will not use them again

Booked a holiday early morning flight only to get a email weeks later to say a minor change to our flight 11 hours later!!! .so now lost a full day of our holiday and will not get into resort till after 23.00 , will not be booking with them again 😡😡

Para começar, o motorista que levou nos do aeroporto para o resort pediu dinheiro, e como que eu tinha acabado de chegar, eu não tinha lira turca, mesmo assim ele pediu umas 3 vezes, tive que falar um pouco alto com ele, que eu não tinha, ele fez uma cara muito feia, achei ridículo isso, nosso quarto estava tudo ok, a limpeza perfeita, as comidas são as mesmas todos os dias,em todos os lugares do resort, os funcionários usam roupas sujas, agora imagina como deve ser a cozinha, as piscinas tem que disputar uma espreguiçadeira, a água das piscinas tem muito cloro, e faz mal pras criancas, os copos de cervejas, são todos,gordurosos, o bar perto da piscina, sempre cerveja quente, e sempre tem fila, mas quer um conselho, procure um outro resort, de preferência em um outro país, quando chegamos à noite, não tinha nada pra comer, isso porque estávamos com criança, estou muito desapontado pelo valor que pagamos por 7 dias .....

I have sent 3 email to on the beach feed back and no one has replied which is not a good service, i stayed in a hotel in Portugal and there was demolition work getting done so my whole 8 days holiday was thrilling and banging from the way keys and no reply from on the beach this is not good service

I've booked a holiday via onthebeach back in February, 2 months within the timeframe set in April to get access to the vip lounge. They cancelled that booking in June, so I had to re book my holiday then. We'll, since this is outside the timeframe for the free lounge access, I am denied to have my voucher! I choose otb twice amongst all the holiday websites, and this is the treatment I got. I am gutted, I will never book with them in the future.

MYB11267483B Overall the holiday was great. However, for the return journey home I had booked a private airport transfer through OnTheBeach. I even got confirmation the day before our return date (from Holiday Taxis/Golden Sea travel) via a text on my mobile that we would be picked up at 11:05am on the day. On the day of return we waited in the lobby for over an hour and the airport transfer did not show. During the wait the hotel reception/lobby staff and I made several attempt to phone the number we were given and it always showed busy. I even tried texting the company and all I got back in the reply was 'Let me check' and nothing after that. In the end I had to pay 80 Euros for another taxi to get us to the Antalya airport. The journey to the airport was stressful due to Saturday traffic and we barely made it to the airport in time. In the mad panic on arrival at the airport I forgot to get a receipt of the taxi driver and now OnTheBeach are being difficult in refunding the 80 Euros. I am prepared to forego the 80 Euros but I feel OnTheBeach should refund me half the cost (£78.66) of what I paid for the airport transfers. Despite emailing OnTheBeach customer services twice I have as yet not had a proper reply back. As yet we have had no contact from either OnTheBeach or Holiday Taxis as to why the airport transfer did not show up on the day. Extremely poor customer care. OnTheBeach \ Holiday Taxis- Poor show and customer services . :-(

We booked a 4 star all inclusive holiday to Greece, not long beforehand we were told our selected hotel the labranda aqua park wasn’t going to be open and they had found us an alternative like for like, they offered £69 refund and 2 days car hire for the inconvenience. We declined that as we didn’t want car hire and asked if they could do water park tickets instead. At no point was it mentioned that the hotel was no longer all inclusive. They came back to us saying no water parks were open and therefore couldn’t offer tickets but offered a £250 refund instead. Again no mention of the hotel being half board, our booking paperwork all came through as all inclusive so we accepted. Fast forward to arriving in Greece at changes hotel, we asked the reception what time was the evening meals and was met with confused looks. We then managed to get through on the phone to the in resort number and we’re told ‘it was their mistake the refund actually was for a downgrade of hotel for half board, they offered to try and find us somewhere else all inclusive but that came up a dead end and then offered a further £160 refund to stay in the half board place. Had they informed us at the start when they should of done we would not of taken half board and moved our holiday dates to when the labranda was open.

Arrived at hotel and photos had been real but cleverly shot. Went all inclusive and photos showed a restaurant with linen and wine glasses overlooking the beach. Instead it was more like a canteen. The food was a buffet which can be great but this looked dried up and made for the masses. Wine was included but you had to get a glass and fill it from a tap. I’ve never had wine on tap and hopefully will never have to again. Hotel room true to picture and very clean. Though unfortunately the hallway overlooked the lobby where the entertainment was being held in a brightly lit room. This meant I could hear every bingo number or holiday anthem until midnight when it finally stopped. I’ve been out and got myself some ear plugs for tonight. The staff are fabulous though. Very friendly. Just didn’t meet the expectations the photos had raised. El Medano is nice though.

I had a problem with my booking regarding my flight. I spent hours trying to sort it out, couldn't get to speak to a human. My only resort to was to go on the Tui website and go into a queue which I was number 172 with a wait of 1 hour 21 minutes, as I waited. I was logged out. Photo attached of screenshot. Totally unacceptable.

Not a good start, thought I'd booked the hotel, flights and transfer, when I rang them to find out why they had not confirmed, I was told that that the price was for the hotel only so suggested I go through sales, but put on hold for over an hour,! I cancelled the holiday and am now awaiting my deposit

No rep.at the airport receieve us. No transfer vouchers. Had to pay taxi.no rep at the hotel come see us not very happy with service. Even at the airport we had to pay extra 60 pound because we were 5 kegs over. Had a bad start to our holyday.

When I tried to cancel the booking I was told that I would have to pay nearly half of the total for the holiday as a cancellation fee

Changed the flight dates of my booked holiday (3 days earlier than booked)told by message when I tried to message them they did not reply. The phone system is a joke and just a money maker.I went from an estimated wait time if 30 seconds to waiting over 29 minutes and never got to talk to anyone. Still waiting for a reply to my message on how to change my holiday in 6 weeks time.

I have been been booking with on the beach for a number of years, I have found that the prices, especially this year have rocketed. I may have to re-think who I am booking with.

First let me state that their not just a nightmare to get in contact with not just their long hour phone waits but their 1-3 day email replay via their website. Then after booking the holiday it only then stated which airline was booked. To find out it was norweigen which I personally didn't like because I read bad reviews on it and never heard of the airline or knew anyone who's flew with them before. I asked to changed and they said it would have to be with the airline now as they've already paid them what a shame that they had no power to change or cancel for free. Then having issue with the airline put me off them point blank they changed aircrafts. Then the inbound flight coming home from America was delayed 7 hours with no warning from onto the beach or the airline regardless whos responsibly it was but I got thwir 3 hours before to see a note on the check in desk with no airline staff to speak to stating we had to come back 5 hours later for new check in, then for it to be delayed a further 3 times. But this may not have been on the beach fault but they should not use poor and unrealiable airlines as rhia gives on the beach a bad reputation. This trip has been the wrost turn out compared to all other holiday agents I've had so that's what has put me off. On the beach maybe be easier to book with NOT CHEAPER but this doesn't mean they have to use poorer airlines and hotels to give their customers. The hotels were even the lowest around the area we wanted to be, good ones we seen were not available with on the beach so just shows they only have cheap and nasty availability holiday package choices. First and last unfortunately!
