“Be aware of hidden extras after paying for my holiday I was shocked to find when I was directed to ryanair web site that I was required to pay an extra £92 for my 10kg bag 40x55x20cm which used to be included in my flight and two boarding passes. This could cost you a lot if you are a family or a group. I wore my clothes on the flight and bought whatever I needed in my resort such as sun lotion, towel, shaving stuff.”
“Had a great holiday to Crete in September and everything was easy enough to set up and print off all my documents, book my seats for the flights, transfers etc
Only reason it does not get the full 5 stars was due to the hotel transfers, the company they used the driver was very rude who took us to the hotel and lazy. He made no effort to put the cases in hull of the coach, we had to do this ourselves. Then the return. they decided we would not be picked up from the hotel but down the road somewhere (about 5 minutes' walk) I was not happy at this with dragging cases down the road and if anyone had mobility issues and was not aware of this beforehand, this would have been an issue. The joke of this was then the coach went up to the end of the road where the hotel was, to turn around!! Was no reason I could see why this needed to be done like this as we were dropped off, right outside the hotel going, so why the change to be picked up??? These needs looking into as it will put people off returning and also the Hotel was not happy with this, for the very same reason.”
“We had to cancel our holiday 3 days before we were due to go tried to move dates ,we couldn’t so we asked about refund online, 3day s they sent a refund ,less admin costs , 3 days later they said they made a error & wanted money back by a link ,I sent a email asking if this was a scam ,& that I would not pay by a link ,but if they phoned me or emailed ,so we could sort it out 3 emails later to them had no response from them,bad customer service”
“A very simple booking service, however, at the time of booking I was unable to specify twin beds. As advised, I have tried twice to contact OTB online and once via telephone to no avail.
I just hope I am able to contact someone before we travel.

“booking the holiday was really easy but as my son has his exam on the 8th june, ive requested him to be taken off the holiday on the 23/02/2022 and the request says its been recieved but waiting for an agent to pick it up. It will be 3 weeks on the 9/3/22 since i requested it.”

“Trying to change airport, no one to actually talk to ( change Luton to Gatwick) when confirmed told no flights from Gatwick, checked 2 days later, all flights leaving Gatwick?”

I did have difficulty finding how to sort holidays by destination, though they claim it can be done. I could filter by destination but not sort.
I booked an extra leg room seat and was a bit miffed to get charged a £30.00 admin fee for this.
It didn't appear to be an option during the main booking process.

“Recently gave 5* review for booking process as have booked before. However subsequently I had to make contact for a potential cancellation on medical grounds as my partner has taken ill and awaits hospital treatment. Simply wanted to run over the potentials of cancelling/rescheduling as holiday not until January and what a shambles. Charging you per minute for a call but the menu just simply repeats itself regardless of what option you pick. Even tried the FAQ section on line while waiting to be connected but nothing matched and you had to have an option in the tab down menu. Couldn’t send messages as they say you can but simply gave pre determined answers. Took ages to get anyone. To be fair didn’t learn much but guy was apologetic and aware they were having issues. Proof of the pudding will be if we have to cancel and what the procedure is”

“Have used them on a few occasions with no problems. I wanted to contact them however regarding the covid testing offers they have. I discovered that they were offering free tests, but wasn't sure if that applied to me. I tried to contact them by email which proved impossible to do. I then tried to phone and got cut off after waiting on the line for over half an hour. In the end I paid for my own tests as couldn't take the risk that I may or may not be entitled. I've no problems with the holiday, but communication is far from satisfactory. Will I use them again?...I will have to think about that. Maybe, maybe not. Sorry, but I feel a little let down”
