“Took several weeks to install,give them their due the did credit my account.The installation was not up to what would say was acceptable,did contact them and they sent an engineer out to rectify, grumpy man who said that exposed cable on wall into fibre box was acceptable.I worked for BT for over twenty years and I was have been disciplined for leaviyan installation like that.Tried calling BT again still waiting after 3 months”
“Was not expected the firm to turn up and did the cable work connected to sky and broadband, the cables to the property was fixed appalling and a Messy to look at, very bad workmanship NOT HAPPYs”
“Today an engineer called Maksood Choudhury came to look at my telephone line. It has been a source of continued problems since January when I went over to Fibre. He has been professional, and informative in trying to sort the problem out, and although the problem hasn’t been fixed, he has made sure by speaking to bt that another engineer is coming with other equipment ti fix the problem, not only my telephone but to look at my tv which is also faulty, he has made sure that I’m not left wondering what is going on. Maksood is a very competent engineer!!!!”
