Waiting 20 days. Still no show to repair damaged connections on pole in lane. So no Internet. Phone line or computer access. Sky trying their best but getting fobbed off every time with false promises of engineers visit. I've had 5 txt from openreach to date advising me they are on their way or that they working on fault and will contact me with update before 1800 hrs. Loads of rubbish. How they are allowed to operate like this is beyond me.. they hide behind a shield of silence and secrecy . It's mental cruelty and I feel sorry for the sky call center that I moan to daily, they are being fobbed off just like me. Disgusting service .

I had an issue with were the ONT had been placed, SKY told me it wasn't their problem, and I'd have to pay 65 to have it moved. My husband is ill and had medical reasons for it to be moved. Thankfully open reach took ownership, responsibility and moved it, no argument no charge. Very pleased shame the same couldn't be said for SKY. Ty open reach

By contacting me quickly and dealing with my request quickly and helpfully. I have a Waveleave agreement for a cable passing through my land. I wanted it altered and so tried to contact Waveleave without any success. My questions never seem to be covered by the drop down boxes. I read the old reviews. They were not good. People having the same difficulty in trying to contact them. So when I am at the end of my tether, I resort to writing to the top man. I received a very quick acknowledgment. The next day I was telephoned and over the next two days , my request had been discussed and a solution come to. In my case, their customer service was excellent.
