“The engineer,sorry did not get his name, was excellent. He fitted our new router as we couldn't get it working ourselves. He fitted it downstairs which is much more convenient for us. He was efficient,thorough and very patient. He checked and double checked everything was working before he left. Thank you”
“I was not really sure what the appointment was about, however the engineer who's name was Ricky explained everything to me step-by-step, and even though l asked what could be considered irrelevant questions he remained helpful, patient and respectable.
He also suggested l locate the box on the side alleyway wall as it would not been seen at the front of the house which l was happy about.
He explained that l would have another engineer coming out to complete the job as there was something that needed to be done on the road. He gave me the questionaire which l was able to complete without him breathing over my shoulder.

“On Saturday 10th May an Engineer solved the problem I have been having with the switch to full fibre and the working of my landline. He was quick and efficient and explained that full fibre didn't have enough charge to also service the other telephone upstairs in my bedroom which has a display. (The copper wire could do this!)
