Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Very courteous and considerate. In fact he called, out the blue, to make sure everything he had installed some days ago were working? They do! Now that’s my honest experience !”

“I had an ongoing issue with my Sky Broadband and Steve was the second BT open reach engineer to visit me in Uxbridge and resolved the issue swiftly and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. My line had a fault and after testing in my property and outside the fault was immediately fixed! I was 9 days without wifi thankfully Steve sorted it all out! Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly and being so helpful! Credit to BT for having such wonderful engineers!”

A guy came not from openreach and said it was outside so would contact openreach
I saw an openreach guy outside my flat and went downstairs he was fixing another flat but came up to look at mine
And said it was outside and he would ask for a visit Friday
I was out all day and when I returned I had a card left from the same openreach guy called graham
And he had seen my job was now on the system so he took it
And fixed it, but also left a very kind note explaining that he had taken the job this was worthing West Sussex and graham
Went out of his way to help get my system back”
“My hubby came home on Monday night to tell me that the phone cable had snapped from the telegraph pole on the opposite side of the road and was lying in our garden. Well that was the internet down too - not happy. I called Open Reach and a lovely young lady came out to see what she could do. Well because of the busy road we are on it would be Sunday morning before it could be fixed as she would need another person to help her and to watch the road for her. I explained that I need the internet for peters work and also my CPAP machine is connected up to the hospital. She got onto her control team and arranged that she would come out at 5AM this morning and get it done when the road was quiet. Well guess what happened!!!! SHE TURNED UP AT 5AM WITH A COLLEAGUE AND PROMPTLY GAVE US BACK OUR INTERNET . Now that’s what I call customer service -what a girl. Thank you OPENREACH XXXXXXXXXX”
