Only complaint would be that the frame finish (I orders the dark oak) was quite inconsistent from frame to frame. So they all look a little different colour/tone. Over all though I still like it, adds a bit of character. I would purchase again from Opposite Wall.”
“I have ordered from Opposite Wall a few times over the past couple of years. I am quite pleased with the quality of their oak frames and picture ledges. I recently ordered 2 small white metal frames and was disappointed that the corners did not meet on one of the frames and the other had black smudge marks on the sides. I contacted Customer Support and was advised to keep them even though I offered to return them and they even refunded me in full. While I was disappointed in the quality of the metal frames, I was more than satisfied with the great customer service I received. I will continue to purchase from this Canadian company in the near future.”
