“I was really impressed with the service— shipped quickly and when two of my frames arrived damaged, they sent replacements right away. I was a little disappointed when I received the frames and learned it wasn’t a glass front frame. They look nice, just not as high-end looking as I hoped.”
“the company offer affordable products of really nice quality products. the back closure were easy to easy, even me with limited dexterity and fine motricity squills. my only raging moments were when i try putting a picture that was already mounted in a picture mat:the closure kept opening. so the space is limited with a mat, tou have to be patient, and there is some sort of small wood shavings between picture and glass but i am not starting over. all the other had not mat and went amall as can be. offer a nice look to my picture, and art.”
“While it took quite a while to receive my initial order I was impressed that you responded to my
report that the product was defective and replaced it. I am sad to report that the second shipment was damaged as well. It appears that UPS, whether on your side of the border or ours, is incapable to protecting fragile contents and has now twice bent the carton containing the mat. I don't expect you to ship another mat but you need to look at your delivery service and make whatever changes are needed
to get an undamaged product to the customer. Good Luck.”

“The shelves I ordered were exactly as shown/described and the delivery was fast - two things that are very important to me. However, upon installing the shelves, it was found that they do not exactly install securely. I find there to be two reasons for this: The first is that the drywall plugs are of low quality and second (maybe the main reason) is that there are only two screws for securing. In my opinion, there should be 4, but not in a row: the existing locations should be slightly lower, to allow another screw slightly higher. In other words, there should be two (stacked) at each end of the shelf.”
“Everything was great except there was a sticker on the frame that left a mark i couldnt get rid of. I would consider using a different adhesive or placing the sticker somewhere else. I hope you know the one im talking about. Bottom right of frame.”
