“Bon produit, j'aime beaucoup le fait que ce soit du bois plein qui provient de source durable et le plexiglas est une bonne idée pour rendre le cadre plus léger et plus résistant aux chocs. Par contre, l'emballage contient beaucoup de plastique et comme j'habite à Montréal, j'aurais beaucoup aimé avoir une possibilité d'aller chercher le cadre moi-même. Les gros transporteurs sont définitivement plus polluants que mon auto.”

“Quick shipping and overall products worth buying on sale. I expected the quality of their posters to be better. They don’t look great up close or without a frame. The quality of the print is mediocre so I wouldn’t pay full price for them.”

“Excellent frame, but I found the price of $57 (with taxes and shipping) to be expensive for a frame that uses clear plastic instead of glass. But everything is going up in price I suppose...”

“Beautiful frames from this Canadian company - perfect for the print by a Canadian Artist. I went direct vs Amazon to support them. The product is great, lovely selection of what I was looking for and I would highly recommend 5 stars. Delivery was a little slower than expected - expected is likely the key word.”

“I bought 3 oak frames and they are gorgeous!!! Only 4 stars because the plexiglass is very shiny/reflective and that doesn't show in the boutique pictures. I hope they bring in matte plexi-glass for an option for the frames. Other than that I would buy from here again, lots of beautiful items and love the styling.”

“Very well packaged, good quality matterials (the acrylic, the fasteners). But the wood is raw where I was expecting there to be a light coat of wax to make Long lasting. Also this is listed as Montreal based company but when asked if I could pick up my order they said they don’t actually hold any of the stock at their provided office location which makes me wonder where it was actually made? Delivery was reasonably fast so I imagine it’s pretty local. I guess I wish that was more transparent.”

“Les cadres commandés sont de très bonne qualité, malheureusement ma commande avait plusieurs erreurs (5 cadres sur 6 était de la mauvaise taille). Le service à la clientèle a été très rapide pour m’aider, mais ca l’a ajouté un bon 2 semaines d’attente avant de finalement recevoir les bons cadres.”

“One (the largest) out of the 3 frames I have ordered is cracked and broken (wood). Will see with Opposite Wall what kind of resolution I can get. Update: I had originally given only 2 stars but I send this information by messenger to Opposite Wall and they will send me a replacement frame. So I am updating my review to 4 stars”

“Unfortunately the pictures I ordered arrived damaged. Quite likely the courier’s fault given the poster tube was all bent. I contacted customer service right away to explain how they arrived and they quickly sent me a new order to replace them. Very happy with their response.”

“Beaux cadres à bon prix. Comme j'ai mis un passe-partout un peu épais (l'oeuvre avait de la texture à protéger), le plexi réfléchissant et un peu trop serré à cause du passe-partout a légèrement bombé et donné des reflets bombés pas intéressants. J'ai posé une vitre sans reflet et c'est bien. Ayant acheté trois cadres, un chêne blanc et deux chênes noirs) les deux autres ne sont pas en situation de reflet, j'ai donc gardé le plexi. Le système d'attache intégré m'a obligée à planter un clou dans le mur, mes crochets classiques n'accrochaient pas.”

J'ai parlé de vous à mes connaissances et j'espère que vous tiendrez compte du fait que plusieurs québécois sont francophones. Très beau produit et très bon choix. “The frames are great value! The four large frames I bought look really pretty up on the wall, and I love the wood grain coming through on the black oak. I took off one star because on one of my frames, the corner where two sides connect came coming slightly apart, and I'm not sure how to fix it. Seems to be a common issue as another one I noticed started to do that after a lot of moving it around - so these are super nice for the price, but the bigger ones seem fragile. I don't think this would be as big an issue on smaller lighter weight frames. Still, I would buy again because they look great, you can't tell unless studying it up on the wall, and I saved a ton of many on pretty large format frames.”

“As a visual artist, I have bought several frames from Opposite Wall. I was drawn to them because they are a Canadian-owned company. The price and quality is great, and they arrive in a week to 10 days (Montreal to Calgary). They also have sales a few times each year, at savings of 25-30%. A couple of frames have had defects, but the company quickly sent replacements.”

“Frame looks good and travelled well. The black, thin frame is exactly what I was looking for! Shipping was timely. Only issue is that the paint on the frame was applied evenly and there’s clearly a patch that isn’t coloured. (In other words, I can see the white/silver metal.)”

“Happy to support a Canadian company, and impressed with the quick delivery. Since I needed 9 identical large frames, I opted to buy from OW. However, upon closer inspection, almost all of my frames had a visible imperfection. Took strategic placement to make them less visible.”
