“La livraison a été plus longue que convenue, mais ce point m’a moins dérangé que le cadre reçu, qui a été livré écorché à un coin et éclaté sur un des côtés. J’en ai fait mention dans deux courriels transmis, avec photos, suite à la réception de ma commande. Je n’ai reçu aucun retour de Opposite Wall par la suite.
Le suivi de mes commentaires est très décevant. Je ne pense pas que je recommanderai vos produits à mes proches et amis.”
“La couleur du cadre est fidèle à ce qui était présenté en ligne.
J'ai toutefois été déçue de la qualité du produit pour le prix: la peinture du cadre c'est égratignée sur la table sur laquelle il était déposé alors que j'inserrais l'image à l'intérieur et le plexi glace était rayé ou alors il s'est rayé alors que j'ai passé un chiffon doux dessus pour enlever les poussières.”

“I ordered three prints around Christmas time and i absolutely loved them. I ordered two more for the new season. I was disappointed as they came crumpled up and not the same thick material the first prints were.”
“I was generally happy with the print quality but disappointed the actual print was smaller than the 11x14 expected. I expected the actual graphic to be that size and fit a frame/mat of the stated size.”
“I really like the look of all my picture frames! However, on the small picture frames, the little prop at the back to hold the frame up were pretty loose and didn’t hold the frames up strongly, resulting in a couple of the pictures leaning back a lot rather than being properly held up. The frames put on the wall look fine as they’re held in place by the wall.”
“There were some concerns: the frame was nice but it had a nick on the side which was very obvious - see attached photo. The mat also had a big dent in the bottom which thankfully we could hide but it did make framing it harder. Adding the mat also made it very hard to secure the clasps at the back as if it was too tight and one of the clasps broke. In future I would advise that you package your products more carefully with extra padding and give the product more clearance to allow for the mat to sit properly.”

“Generally it seemed like the shipping took a very long time, even knowing that it is a longer process ahead of time, it definitely exceeded the 10 days. It was also unexpected that when getting the print and a frame that it was not already within the frame itself. Maybe this is in the fine print but seemed like a frame could have just been purchased elsewhere and what was the benefit of ordering them together. The print is adorable and overall made a great gift.”
