“Overall I was happy with the prompt delivery and sturdy packaging of the frames, however I was a bit disappointed in the quality. The depth of the frame was smaller than I anticipated, giving the frames a cheaper look compared to more robust frames. I also assumed the plexiglass would be real glass, which it clearly isn’t. This was perhaps my own ignorance in not knowing what plexiglass was, but in the frame description it makes it sound like it’s real glass. For the cost of the frames I was a bit disappointed and am unlikely to order again.”

“Delivery was fairly prompt, with good tracking. Unfortunately, the frame wasn't what we had envisioned. Had to return. So far the return process is fairly smooth. Hoping the credit to my card is swift. If you don't like your frame, I advise you leave it wrapped as it was delivered to you to ensure an uncomplicated return if necessary.”

“J'ai commander 4 passe partout blanc. J'aurai aimer avoir plus de détails sur la couleur. EX. Quel genre de blanc ' Blanc naturel, blanc pure ... Et malheureusement 2 des 4 passe-partouts a été endommagé , il semble que le paquet au transport a été légèrement plier. Alors déçu.”

“The picture is ok for the price. but the quality of the frame is disappointing. In addition, the hook behind it is non standard and it did not come with the necessary hardware to hang it.”

“Les images sont belles et le service rapide. Tout de même, je trouve que la qualité d'impression est très ordinaire. Les images sont un peu flous et pixelisées avec un traitement lumière trop fort qui éteint les couleurs. Pour le prix, pas certaine que je vais racheter. Pas la qualité photo que j'espérais. Dommage.”

“L'affiche reçue est belle, mais de qualité que j'aurais pu faire moi-même avec un peu de temps car c'est juste une image agrandie sur un carton semi-rigide au final... Le cadre est arrivé avec un crochet d'attache en moins. J'ai écris à Opposite Wall avec une photo, mais reçu aucun retour de leur part.”
