“The print came quickly, and it’s a beautiful print- however there was no cardboard to protect it in transit, and it came with a huge crease down the middle. I attempted to speak with someone online, and after putting in my concerns, I received an email asking me to rate my conversation - when I didn’t even have a conversation with anyone, because nobody answered my inquiry.”
“Overall I was happy with the prompt delivery and sturdy packaging of the frames, however I was a bit disappointed in the quality. The depth of the frame was smaller than I anticipated, giving the frames a cheaper look compared to more robust frames. I also assumed the plexiglass would be real glass, which it clearly isn’t. This was perhaps my own ignorance in not knowing what plexiglass was, but in the frame description it makes it sound like it’s real glass. For the cost of the frames I was a bit disappointed and am unlikely to order again.”

“Delivery was fairly prompt, with good tracking. Unfortunately, the frame wasn't what we had envisioned. Had to return. So far the return process is fairly smooth. Hoping the credit to my card is swift. If you don't like your frame, I advise you leave it wrapped as it was delivered to you to ensure an uncomplicated return if necessary.”

Les images sont un peu flous et pixelisées avec un traitement lumière trop fort qui éteint les couleurs. Pour le prix, pas certaine que je vais racheter. Pas la qualité photo que j'espérais. Dommage.”
