“Two out of four of the posters I received were not the one I had ordered. At least they were refunded. The frames seems of good quality.”

“I ordered and received two 24x36inch gold frames, which were delivered in good time. This was a pretty well-made frame, for a decent price point, but I am so disappointed that it's not a true gold colour. It's definitely a rose gold, which I didn't feel was represented in the website photo and also doesn't fit with my decor. I am using them anyway and hope to get around to spray painting them a yellow gold when I find the time. If you're after rose gold, this could be a great frame for you. My second issue was the plexiglass (while I'm happy is not breakable, so it could get to me in one piece), which has a crazy glare to it, and my living room doesn't even get any direct sunlight! I just wish so bad that I could put the protective film it came with back on, so I could actually see my art (and not just the glare) in daylight. Opposite Wall, you might want to make a suggestion somewhere to have leaving the film on at least one side as an option for those who want a more matte, non-glarey finish for their art. The sticker on the plexiglass saying to make sure you take off the film before use made me not think twice before removing the film.”

“The colour was not what I expected. The gold is more rosey than it looks and the clips on the back are really sharp and I cut my two of my fingers. But they work and look good. I don’t know if I’d order again but I’m not going to send them back.”

“The frames are nice, but the rose gold ones show scratches easily and came slightly scratched. I had to buy a second set to replace one of the frames because I am using them for my art that I sell and I couldn't sell a piece in such a scratched frame. Also, the glass is actually plastic, so they are a bit cheap quality. It would also be nice to get to choose the color of mat - the white is too white for most watercolour paper, so it clashes. I had to buy separate mats from another supplier.”

“There's a lack of contrast in the picture. I almost cannot see the dog on it, the lines are too thin and the color is too similar to the background. Plus, the delivery was super long”

“The large size 24 x 36 was too flimsy for my art piece, the style of this frame is better for smaller art/pictures, also the border on the prints show slightly on both Frames.”

“The first frame I ordered had a faulty finish - I left a review detailing this and was contacted by a customer service representative who kindly sent me a replacement frame at no cost and without the nuisance of having to return the faulty frame. Unfortunately the replacement frame has exactly the same issue as the first. Either I was very unlucky or there is a larger issue in manufacturing - either way I will probably not be ordering again. I guess you get what you pay for. EDIT - I was contacted by a customer service rep after posting this review and was offered a full refund for my purchase - I really appreciate this. The rep also let me know that they’re investigating this quality issue. Thanks for a satisfactory solution to my problem.”

“Beautiful frames and significantly nicer than what I had found a time other stores. My only complaint was one frame coming with a small scratch in the glass.”

“The frames came quickly and were good quality for the price. However, one of the frames was dirty and had to be scrubbed clean before gifting, and another has a decent sized dent / damage on the side. Not sure I would keep them if it wasn't time sensitive. The gold frame is also more of a rosey tint, not a true yellow gold.”

“I ordered two prints and one was fine but the other I wasn't happy with. The print I ordered was a 12 by 16 but the actual picture was only 10 by 12 which resulted in the picture looking off when hung on my gallery wall as all other prints were framed with matting to the edge of the picture. It would be useful if they could outline the size of the print and then the size of the paper it's printed on if they differ by a lot.”
