“Overall looks good, but the quality is nothing that special and nothing that justifies the price. Some of my minimalist prints had visible imperfections. They don’t own the rights to many of the pictures. It would be easy to find them online and print them at home or at the store.”

“A little disappointed by the quality of the posters. One of my posters looked like the ink was running out and there was some sort of stain on the poster (maybe from being pressed up against another poster). I was also disappointed to find out the 30% discount did not apply to the frames. Don't think I would have purchased it from here otherwise. It is too much of a hassle to do returns for me, but I won't be purchasing from here in the future.”

“Deuxième cadre en chêne acheté sur votre site. Belle qualité. Par contre, ma livraison a été retardée et on ma seulement dit d'attendre. Le tracking indiquait qu'il était rendu à Lévis et je demeure en Montérégie. C'était pour un cadeau. Je suis arrivée les mains vides. Je reçois vos communications en anglais et cela m'irrite beaucoup.”

“Le processus de commande et de livraison s'est bien déroulé, mais nous avons reçu notre commande et nos 3 cadres étaient abîmés, autant le cadre que le plexiglass. Étant donné le montant payé pour la marchandise, je trouve ça dommage de recevoir un produit de moindre qualité. Aussi, il y a des tâches noires sur le blanc de nos affiches, comme des tâches. Nous avons eu un bon service pour le remplacement des cadres, mais il reste que nos attentes étaient plus élevées pour la qualité.”

“I ordered 2 Dark Oak Frames. The 18x24 arrived in great condition! Unfortunately I’ve had quality issues with the 24x36 Frame. The first frame arrived with a broken corner in the wood and cracked plexiglass. Customer service was great- quick to respond and help remedy the issue; however, the second also arrived damaged. It appears their shipping packing was the culprit- which could explain why the smaller frame didn’t have an issue vs the larger, heavier frames.”

“The print was excellent but the frame was made sloppily. The wood wasn’t sanded down properly so there were areas where parts of it curled out a bit, and one side of the frame was thinner than the others, which showed at the corners as they didn’t match up properly”

“Overall, I was expecting higher quality. I didn't realize the glass was pexiglass, which was a disappointment. Saying that, I kept them and they look great hanging in my home!”

“Beautiful art and nice frame. My plastic has a good scratch in it though and it’s almost impossible to wipe the dust off the inside of it. I’ve had to clean it off several times and it still isn’t perfect. Looks amazing though!”

“Honestly, they were okay. When I ordered there were no frames in size (not sure how a store who does this for a business doesn't have, but okay), so I just got the posters and now I have to go out and hunt for frames. $10 shipping for tiny posters and it was by no means quick. I think that'll be my only order from there.”

“I’m really happy with the frames. Even though It is expensive for me, I adore the frames opposite wall offers. The customer services on the other hand was... ouf! Cheers Reply: the problem was out of the customers service's hands even though I wrote to them 5 minutes after the purchase. Reason: you don't have any other contact with them than the written form and they are definetly not close to your actual office. 2nd issue: they couldn't revise my order because it was packed, not because it was sent... In my opinion you go cheap on customer service, cause you don't care more about sales than about customers. Then again, you care more about money than about earths resources and polution - so much packaging, paper and plastic for two frames... On both of thease, you are quite equal as most of Canada's bussiness, so you're in the norm. We don't have other choise, so no worries for now (just my honest opinion).”

“The frame is fine. Not great. It’s a bit flimsy but it should be fine. The price is not bad but for $60ish bucks (36x24) I was expecting it to be a bit more solid.”

“I love this company’s aesthetic and style. The website is informative and easy to use. The frames look classic and high quality. I was not satisfied with my first order, due to a damaged mat and a white wood frame that had quite a different texture than the product photos. I thought my disappointment could have been avoided easily, with better packing practises and perhaps a video of the white oak frames. However, the customer service was great and the return process was easy, so I may try my luck again with a different item.”

“i love the look of the poster frames i got. however they were wrapped in so much plastic and bubble wrap that the point of the sustainable wood they used was pointless. as i was unwrapping the third layer of plastic to get to the frame i cut the string to hang the picture up with. so im sad.”
