“I recieved this product bent the first time I got it. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement, which took over a month, that I ended up having to pay $28 to be delivered due to UPS delivery fees and that one showed up even more bent than the first one. At that point I just cut my losses and didn't reach out to customer service again. I have so many frames from Opposite Wall and I love their frames but don't waste your time getting a photo mat shipped.”
“These look very cheap. The oak colour is dark and not light as depicted in the picture. I could have found similar ones at ikea or the dollar store. Would love to return (which is a hassle).”
“Loved the cute minimalist styles offered, but very disappointed in the quality of both the frames I ordered and the prints. The frames had chipped paint and bubbles/uneven surfaces, and the “print” looked like the quality of those pieces of paper that come in frames when you buy them at the grocery store.”

“The quality is terrible. I ordered a blue frame and there is bubbling in one of the corners. Also I had an issue with shipping which could be anyone's fault but the frame itself was very disappointing for the price. You can get the same thing at an ikea for $25.”
“The frame looks pretty but it’s way too fragile and the way they’re packaged for shipping doesn’t protect the fragility of the frame (four small styrofoam corned protection and it’s just a cardboard box. First one came with a big crack, and the replacement arrived with scratches. Giving up on this order/product and requested a refund.”
“Hi. I rejected the package when I learned there was a $76.00 USD customs fee. I'm now disputing the charge with UPS. I would have appreciated a warning about the fee. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered the frames.”
“I gave eight frames as a gift. Today they tried to hang them. First one broke, fell off the wall and damaged the trim in their brand new house. Now what? Customer service has since resolved the issue and we appreciate their help in getting a replacement frame.”

“I purchased a large order of frames and boarders. I received 4 items that were damaged. I've e mailed customer support about these damages and have had no response despite following up multiple times. One of my frame was indented with a chunk missing and 3 of the white boarders I ordered had large black marks on them. I will never order from here again. I won't be able to use these frames to display in my home due to the damages. Waste of time and money spent.”
