“The frame does not look like the photos. It is not a bright gold as pictured. It is very dark and worn looking. The plexiglass came with a few scratches and scuffs already. I purchase this frame on sale and it still isn’t worth the price that I paid. You can purchase quality frames with real glass for the same price, I do not recommend this company at all.”

“I have requested a return for my purchase. Part of the reason for the return request is that the frame is not performing as expected. After carefully removing the film from the acrylic and placing my art in the frame, I noticed a lot of particles between the acrylic and the art. I removed the art and dusted the acrylic; this scratched the acrylic. Using a feather duster, I tried to clean the frame and the acrylic but to no avail. Particles still remain, as the frame seems to be shedding small pieces of wood.
I purchase three two-packs and would like to return the entire shipment. I will leave it to your discretion if you choose to refund all or a portion of my purchase.”

“Really disappointed with the return process and policy of opposite wall. Especially given the nature of the product, a frame often has to be taken out of the box to see if it and works in a space. To not accept a return with all of the original packaging minus the plastic that the frame was wrapped in makes no sense and would never make me return to try another product. Taking photos, along with measuring and weighing the package is an outdated method that is far too much work on the customer. Will not be returning to this company.”
