“I have been looking for picture matting for a while, but it was very expensive. Michael’s wanted to charge me 70-100$ per frame for a 24x36. The prices on here were great, and the shipping was fast too. Extremely happy!”
“I recieved this product bent the first time I got it. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement, which took over a month, that I ended up having to pay $28 to be delivered due to UPS delivery fees and that one showed up even more bent than the first one. At that point I just cut my losses and didn't reach out to customer service again. I have so many frames from Opposite Wall and I love their frames but don't waste your time getting a photo mat shipped.”

“I was really impressed with the service— shipped quickly and when two of my frames arrived damaged, they sent replacements right away. I was a little disappointed when I received the frames and learned it wasn’t a glass front frame. They look nice, just not as high-end looking as I hoped.”
“They have high quality frames that are just beautiful. Delivery is fast and very well protected, frames arrive in perfect state, with foil on both sides of the plexiglass to protect it until you hang it.
Love the look of it in our house and have also gifted it to others. Think you could even buy the neutral colored ones and stain the wood to match, but it's not clear to me if it has a finish on it.
Also great that there's the option of real glass!”
“Items initially damaged in transport and were replaced.
The delay to delivery of undamaged frames was roughly 2.5 weeks.
Of the three items delivered, one has a large area of wood filler that took the stain differently than the other areas.
I would not recommend purchasing these.”
