“Unfortunately the pictures I ordered arrived damaged. Quite likely the courier’s fault given the poster tube was all bent. I contacted customer service right away to explain how they arrived and they quickly sent me a new order to replace them. Very happy with their response.”

“Beaux cadres à bon prix. Comme j'ai mis un passe-partout un peu épais (l'oeuvre avait de la texture à protéger), le plexi réfléchissant et un peu trop serré à cause du passe-partout a légèrement bombé et donné des reflets bombés pas intéressants. J'ai posé une vitre sans reflet et c'est bien. Ayant acheté trois cadres, un chêne blanc et deux chênes noirs) les deux autres ne sont pas en situation de reflet, j'ai donc gardé le plexi. Le système d'attache intégré m'a obligée à planter un clou dans le mur, mes crochets classiques n'accrochaient pas.”

“Si vous aviez toujours correspondu avec moi en français ou, au moins, dans les deux langues vous auriez eu 5 étoiles. J'ai parlé de vous à mes connaissances et j'espère que vous tiendrez compte du fait que plusieurs québécois sont francophones. Très beau produit et très bon choix. J'aime aussi votre approche écologique.”

“The frames are great value! The four large frames I bought look really pretty up on the wall, and I love the wood grain coming through on the black oak. I took off one star because on one of my frames, the corner where two sides connect came coming slightly apart, and I'm not sure how to fix it. Seems to be a common issue as another one I noticed started to do that after a lot of moving it around - so these are super nice for the price, but the bigger ones seem fragile. I don't think this would be as big an issue on smaller lighter weight frames. Still, I would buy again because they look great, you can't tell unless studying it up on the wall, and I saved a ton of many on pretty large format frames.”

“As a visual artist, I have bought several frames from Opposite Wall. I was drawn to them because they are a Canadian-owned company. The price and quality is great, and they arrive in a week to 10 days (Montreal to Calgary). They also have sales a few times each year, at savings of 25-30%. A couple of frames have had defects, but the company quickly sent replacements.”

“Frame looks good and travelled well. The black, thin frame is exactly what I was looking for! Shipping was timely. Only issue is that the paint on the frame was applied evenly and there’s clearly a patch that isn’t coloured. (In other words, I can see the white/silver metal.)”

“Happy to support a Canadian company, and impressed with the quick delivery. Since I needed 9 identical large frames, I opted to buy from OW. However, upon closer inspection, almost all of my frames had a visible imperfection. Took strategic placement to make them less visible.”

“The wood is pretty and the plexiglasss is okay … there was a small chip out of one of the frames I didn’t notice right away. Overall I’m happy with the frames because I wanted real wood.”

“Love the size and the protective coating on BOTH sides of the glass (plastic). Only thing that was disappointing is two of my three frames seem to have mud smeared or spattered on the oak frame - I opened one and it seemed to wash off well enough.”

“Ordered three 19¾x27½ black oak frames with posters and one 5x7 gold metal frame with poster. Shipping took about 1.5 weeks to the west coast of Canada. Overall I am very happy with the product. Frames were packaged very well in plastic and all corners were protected with foam padding; the plexiglass had protection on both sides. I went over the oak frames with a fine tooth comb and found no imperfections. All corners were perfectly joined, there were no gaps or separation in the wood. Overall I am really impressed with the frames and I like that the oak grain is visible. The posters were shipped in a packaging tube. Being that some of the posters I ordered were larger, unrolling them from the tube took a little finessing and I ended up putting a small crease in one of them (not very noticeable). The paper is a little on the thin side so you have to be careful, but if you're putting it in a frame like me you won't be able to tell. The prints were a little expensive for what they are - almost the same price as the frame. The quality of the print itself is good and does not smudge. I feel the packaging could have included some useful tips/tricks or basic instructions for setting it up and hanging.”

“Beautiful frame and clever hardware system at the back to avoid gap between plexiglass and art print . Looks good on the wall. I removed one star because of a ittle dent in the wood frame.”

“Speedy delivery and the frames look great. The only thing I didn't love about the frames is the particle board backing. If you are using on a table or desk, it shows and doesn't look very attractive. Good for wall hangings where you don't see the back.”

“The fames are beautiful!! They were delivered quickly and were packaged very securely. The wood grain is visible on the painted black oak frame & it looks lovely. I like that the plexiglass came with a protective film on both sides. 1 of the frames had a small paint drip on the finish and Opposite Wall was quick to resolve the issue for me. Excellent costumer service! I'll be ordering more soon:)”

“The frames are beautiful, super sharp and enhance the photography that’s going in them. Quality is good, though I find the screen scratches easily. Customer service is fantastic and would make me buy from here again. One of the 3 frames I ordered was defective and when I reached out, the issue was resolved promptly and a new one sent.”

“I ordered 3 dark oak 16" x 20" frames and 1 gold 8" x 10" frame which came much more quickly than expected - a pleasant surprise! One oak frame I got hand some minor water-like stains (whitish splotches) on one side, and another oak frame had a small hole which looks like a natural part of the wood. I don't really mind it, but would've liked them a little more polished. With this said, I would order again due to the ease of purchase and receipt. Thank you!”
