“The quality of the product and quick response from customer service was great. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I could not return the frames that I bought. They are in perfect condition (I never even hung them or used them), but because I peeled the plastic off, they no longer allowed a return. I would buy again, but keeping in mind what I know now.”

“I like my frames that I ordered from opposite wall. they have sizes that were unavailable anywhere else. although I am surprised the frame is not glass but plastic. It is still ok and looks good on the wall, although glass for the future would be much better. also I missed the courier Canpar when they came to my house and I had to pay an extra $10 to have it dropped off as I could not make it to their pickup location. It is the first time I have to pay to have a package dropped off after first attempt, so not overly impressed with their choice of couriers and I don't know if I will order again from Opposite wall if they use this Courier service.”

“Customer service is great. Replaced 2 frames which came in damaged from shipping. Got 16x16 frames but some of it are .4mm off, which made it hard to layout evenly especially when doing a grid style as it make it very noticeable. But overall good purchase!”
