“I gave it a 5 star because the Customer Service is really great. I made a mistake on my first order and they were able to do the necessary changes prior to shipment. The second order I had was also a great experience, they were able to apply the discount codes though the website had some trouble processing my order at the time. The quality of the poster is good. It's not as vibrant as their web photos because there are some subtle ink blots here and there but it's decent enough to display on your wall. The sizing of these posters are spot on. The shipping is also great, They came about a week and a half with Fedex ground, the packaging secured all contents perfectly. It wasn't cheaply rolled so dents were not expected or seen. So far, a really good experience, would recommend. ??”

“I ordered eight white oak frames in different sizes. I loved their rustic finish and the various hooks on the back of the frame to hang or stand them in different ways and the way the back fastens into the frame. They are nice looking and nicely engineered! I highly recommend them.”

“Love the 18x24 black frames. Thin enough to not take attention from the picture, wide enough to not look flimsy, plus the wood grain adds needed texture if you don't want an excessively clean look for your frames. The plastic shield looks even clearer than real glass and drastically reduces the weight too which makes it light enough to put up even with those double-sided "M" tape things you get at Dollarama. On top of all that, they're cheaper and better looking than any other frame I've tried to find, but that comes down to taste. Can't go wrong with these things!”

“Got two metal frames ... quality is just ok. One of the corners of a frame is broken. Waiting for customer service to reply if they can send a new one - Updated !! They are sending me new one. Very grateful for their responsive action.”
