“My frames arrived quickly and were in great shape. I wasn’t happy with the white frames as they have a rustic look to them with the oak grain coming through and sometimes appearing black.”

“2/3 picture frames came damaged. At first I thought it was just bad luck, but after opening the packaging, I realized that the picture frames are made cheaply. Quite disappointing as I paid over $200 for them.”

“The frames came quickly and were good quality for the price. However, one of the frames was dirty and had to be scrubbed clean before gifting, and another has a decent sized dent / damage on the side. Not sure I would keep them if it wasn't time sensitive. The gold frame is also more of a rosey tint, not a true yellow gold.”

“I recently purchased a wooden frame from Opposite Wall. It arrived in only a few days but unfortunately was damaged during transport. I emailed the company and promptly received a response, with a solution. I am really impressed with the customer service and the frame is beautiful. I was hesitant to initially purchase from Opposite Wall but will now buy all my frames from them. Saves me $300 or more and a trip to a framing store.”

“The colour was not what I expected. The gold is more rosey than it looks and the clips on the back are really sharp and I cut my two of my fingers. But they work and look good. I don’t know if I’d order again but I’m not going to send them back.”
